日本現(xiàn)代攝影作品來(lái)渝展出

為促進(jìn)重慶與日本的民間文化交流，4月22日，由重慶市人民對(duì)外友好協(xié)會(huì)、日本國(guó)際交流基金以及日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館主辦的“日本的現(xiàn)代寫真1970年代起至今——投向同一時(shí)代的目光”展覽會(huì)在四川美術(shù)學(xué)院舉辦。鏡頭下的日本首次登陸重慶。

該展覽是日本國(guó)際交流基金會(huì)策劃的一個(gè)世界巡回展，選定了日本具有代表性的23位攝影家的共76幅作品，主要展示了上個(gè)世紀(jì)60年代末到70年代初日本的社會(huì)、都市以及風(fēng)景，記錄了日本從經(jīng)濟(jì)高速成長(zhǎng)末期到世紀(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變期不同的側(cè)面。

“1960年代是日本飛速發(fā)展的起點(diǎn)階段，也是延續(xù)至今的日本現(xiàn)代攝影的起點(diǎn)，那個(gè)時(shí)期日本舉辦了奧運(yùn)會(huì)，新干線列車也通車了，所以此次展覽的作品時(shí)間也從那時(shí)開(kāi)始，一直持續(xù)到2000年?！比毡抉v重慶總領(lǐng)事光岡英行告訴記者，展覽分“改變的社會(huì)”和“改變的風(fēng)景”兩部分，分別用鏡頭下的人和風(fēng)景，表現(xiàn)日本社會(huì)的改變。

“今年以來(lái)，西南地區(qū)與日本交流的機(jī)會(huì)在緩慢增加。”光岡英行稱，將以這次攝影展為契機(jī)，努力在2014年實(shí)施各種各樣的文化活動(dòng)，以進(jìn)一步增進(jìn)日中兩國(guó)的相互理解和相互信賴。他表示，日領(lǐng)館將繼續(xù)舉辦此類活動(dòng)以推進(jìn)雙方的文化交流。

印尼來(lái)渝推介尋求礦產(chǎn)能源投資合作

4月28日，由印度尼西亞共和國(guó)駐華大使館與重慶市政府外僑辦聯(lián)合主辦的“印尼礦產(chǎn)能源和基建投資推介會(huì)”在重慶舉行。印尼方攜總投資超過(guò)80億美元的11個(gè)項(xiàng)目來(lái)渝推介，誠(chéng)邀重慶企業(yè)去印尼投資興業(yè)。

印尼作為東南亞最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)體，是重慶出口貿(mào)易的重要國(guó)家之一。身為世界上最大的穆斯林國(guó)家，印尼與重慶的產(chǎn)業(yè)特點(diǎn)有諸多互補(bǔ)之處，合作空間大。據(jù)悉，2013年重慶對(duì)印尼出口13.4億美元，同比增長(zhǎng)30.3%。

“重慶市政府重視與印尼的交往與合作，愿意與印尼駐華大使館一道，積極推動(dòng)雙方企業(yè)界的聯(lián)系，促進(jìn)投資貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域合作?！敝貞c市政府外僑辦主任朱晞?lì)伔Q，印尼大使館和印尼能源礦產(chǎn)部在重慶舉辦這次投資推介會(huì)，讓重慶本地企業(yè)了解了印尼在能源、礦產(chǎn)和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的政策、法律和商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。他指出，希望重慶本地企業(yè)代表通過(guò)此次機(jī)會(huì)深入了解印尼相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的投資環(huán)境、法律法規(guī)等情況，為下一步深化與印尼的經(jīng)濟(jì)合作建立良好的基礎(chǔ)。

據(jù)介紹，這次推介的11個(gè)項(xiàng)目涉及礦產(chǎn)能源、電力開(kāi)發(fā)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等領(lǐng)域。如中部的礬土開(kāi)采冶煉、東加里曼丹島的高速公路、雅加達(dá)的城區(qū)鐵路和巴厘島的供水項(xiàng)目，都具有較強(qiáng)的投資回報(bào)空間。

國(guó)僑辦文化司來(lái)渝指導(dǎo)2014“中華文化大樂(lè)園”教師復(fù)選工作

4月23日，國(guó)僑辦文化司副司長(zhǎng)周虹一行來(lái)到重慶，對(duì)“2014中華文化大樂(lè)園-韓國(guó)首爾營(yíng)”教師復(fù)選給予具體指導(dǎo)。在復(fù)選會(huì)上，周虹就開(kāi)展華文教育工作的任務(wù)和重要意義及舉辦“大樂(lè)園”的深刻寓意為題，為參選的老師和評(píng)委們作了一次簡(jiǎn)短而精彩的講話。周虹對(duì)重慶2014“大樂(lè)園-首爾營(yíng)”的工作給予了充分肯定，對(duì)參加復(fù)選的教師一一進(jìn)行了點(diǎn)評(píng)，并對(duì)我市下一步工作的開(kāi)展提出了希望和要求。

香港軒轅教育基金會(huì)舉行“種子助學(xué)金”頒獎(jiǎng)儀式

4月18日，香港軒轅教育基金會(huì)在重慶大學(xué)舉行“種子助學(xué)金”頒獎(jiǎng)儀式。香港軒轅教育基金會(huì)主席羅文春，秘書長(zhǎng)孔敏莊，永遠(yuǎn)榮譽(yù)會(huì)長(zhǎng)、企業(yè)東主徐國(guó)才，香港軒轅教育基金會(huì)永遠(yuǎn)榮譽(yù)會(huì)長(zhǎng)、南方睿泰有限公司董事長(zhǎng)鐘國(guó)爽，重慶市政府外僑辦副主任王雯，重慶大學(xué)副校長(zhǎng)劉慶等出席頒獎(jiǎng)儀式。

王雯在頒獎(jiǎng)儀式上表示，重慶市政府外僑辦是重慶地區(qū)與香港地區(qū)交流和交往的重要橋梁，對(duì)于促進(jìn)重慶與香港地區(qū)的經(jīng)貿(mào)、教育和文化交流合作起到了積極的推動(dòng)作用。同時(shí)積極為有意助力內(nèi)地教育的善者們牽線搭橋，有力地促進(jìn)了重慶教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。王雯對(duì)軒轅教育基金會(huì)給予重慶教育醫(yī)療和公益事業(yè)發(fā)展的支持表示感謝。

On April 22, "Japan of the Modern Photo from 1970-Present" exhibition hosted by Chongqing people's friendship with foreign countries, Japan International Foundation and Japanese Consulate General in Chongqing was held at the Sichuan fi ne arts Institute to promote Chongqing and Japan folk culture exchanges.

The exhibition is a world tour that Japan International Exchange Foundation is planning; it designated total 76 works of 23 photographers, mainly shows Japan's society, urban and landscape in the late 60 and 70 of the last century, documenting different sides of Japan from period of high economic growth to the century transition.

Mr. Mitsuoka Hideyuki, Japanese consul general in Chongqing said: "So far this year, communication between Southwest China and Japan has been slowly increasing. We will take the opportunity of this photographic exhibition to make efforts to implement various cultural activities in 2014, to further enhance mutual understanding and trust between China and Japan.” Japanese General Consulate will continue to organize such activities to promote cultural exchanges between the two sides.

"Indonesia's mineral energy and infrastructure investment promotion Conference" jointly organized by Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and Indonesia Embassy in China was held in Chongqing on April 28th. Indonesian side came in with 11 projects of total investment of over 8 billion dollars to Chongqing cordially invited Chongqing enterprises to invest in Indonesia.

"Chongqing Government attaches great importance to exchanges and cooperation with Indonesia; we are willing to actively promote ties with enterprises, investment and trade cooperation together with the Embassy of Indonesia.” Director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office,Zhu Xiyan said,this conference was held to let Chongqing local enterprises understand Indonesia in the fi elds of energy, mining and infrastructure construction policy, legal, and business opportunities. He hoped that local enterprises in Chongqing get to know Indonesia's investment environment, laws and regulations by the chance, establish a good foundation for further deepening economic cooperation with Indonesia.

On April 23, Deputy Director of Cultural Department of National Overseas Chinese Affairs Offi ce,Zhou Hong came to Chongqing for specifi c guidance in "2014 Chinese Culture Paradise-Korea Seoul Camp" teachers election. Zhou Hong gave a short but wonderful speech to the teachers and judges at the reelection meeting about the Chinese education and organizing tasks and importance of the work. She fully affi rmed the work of“Chinese culture paradise”, commented on teachers and put forward expectations and requirements for next step of work.

Deputy Director of the Chongqing Foreign and overseas Chinese affair Offi ce, Tang Wen participated in the evaluation and monitoring work.

On April 18, Hong Kong Xuanyuan Education Foundation held "seed grants" awards ceremony at Chongqing University. Chairman of Hong Kong Xuanyuan Education Foundation Luo Wenchun; Secretary-General Kong Minzhuang; life Honorary President, Enterprise proprietor Xu Guocai; life Honorary President of Hong Kong affi rms Educational Foundation Zhong Guo Shuang; Deputy Director of Chongqing Foreign and overseas Chinese Affair Offi ce Wang Wen, Vice president of Chongqing University Liu Qinghe attended the award ceremony.

Chongqing Foreign and overseas Chinese Affair Office is a bridge of economy and trade between Chongqing and Hong Kong, it has played a positive role in promoting education and cultural exchanges and cooperation while actively seeking to help mainland education, vigorously promoting the development of education in Chongqing.
