How to Use Computers

Computers are becoming more and more useful in our everyday life. Its very important for us to learn how to use the computer. Now， Ill give you some advices① about using computers.

First， the Internet is playing an important part in our life. On the Internet， we can learn news both at home and abroad. We can also send messages by e-mail， read all kinds of books and learn foreign languages by ourselves. Except② we can enjoy music， watch sports matches and play games. We can do shopping， book tickets for the train or the plane and so on. In a word， the Internet has made our life more colourful.

Second， try not to waste much time on computer games. Its bad for our eyes and we should spend more time on③ studying.

Computers are very useful， if you use it④ in a good way.

1. 優(yōu)點：

本文采用了“總—分—總”的順序。小作者首先在首段概述了我們應(yīng)該學(xué)會怎樣使用電腦；接下來，小作者用兩個自然段從正反兩面告訴我們?nèi)绾谓】岛侠淼厥褂秒娔X；最后，在文章的結(jié)尾處，小作者用一句話總結(jié)全文。整篇文章條理清晰，流暢精練。

2. 需要修改的地方：

①advices改為advice。advice是不可數(shù)名詞。

②Except改為Besides。except意為“除……以外，沒有其他任何東西”，beside意為“除……以外，還有別的東西”。

③on改為in或去掉。spend...（in） doing sth.意為“花費（時間或金錢）做某事”。

④it改為them。代指上文中computers應(yīng)使用them。

3. 評分：

按江蘇省連云港市中考英語作文滿分20分的評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，本文修改前可得17分。
