I dont know how dad drove home a Beetle car， which is so handsome， cool， bright， and modern. I didnt response （反應） to it until my father took my mother and I home by car， with one-time payment generously （慷慨地）. We have another family car， while mother and I are in surprise and excitement.

我也不知道老爸怎么樣就把一臺帥呆了、酷斃了、锃光瓦亮、時尚的甲殼蟲開回家的。等老爸豪邁地一次性付完車款，載著我和媽媽回到家里時，我們這才反應過來。在我和媽媽的詫異、興奮中，我們家又多了一臺車。

What is the Beetle？ It is a kind of German speedster （轎跑車）. The Beetle， 2.0 liter， limited in dark orange version with a skylight （天窗）， has a round body with aristocratic （貴族氣派的）. Compared with our old family car Chevrolet （雪佛蘭）， the Beetle is noble in heaven but the old car is humble （簡陋的） under the ground！ Dad drove the Beetle home on Christmas Eve， and it made us very happy.

甲殼蟲，何物也？它是德國產(chǎn)的轎跑車。咱家這臺甲殼蟲，限量墨橘版，2.0排量，帶天窗，渾圓的車身透著股貴族氣息。和咱家原來那臺老的雪佛蘭比，簡直就是一個天上一個地下！平安夜爸爸開著甲殼蟲回家，令我們欣喜不已。

The car is my moms birthday gift， and mom treats it as a treasure. Every time I get into the car， mom is yelling （叫喊）， “Zilin， rise your ‘hoof （蹄）， and dont make my seat dirty！” “Zilin， close the door softly， and it is a senior car！” “Zilin， move your paws （爪子） away， and dont touch here and there.” “Zilin ...” Her words made me bounce （彈跳） up and down like a bead， afraid to touch anything， but only to keep still like a blockhead （木頭人）！

這臺車是老爸送給老媽的生日禮物，老媽把它當個寶一樣。每次上車時，媽媽都大呼小叫：“子霖，你那‘蹄子抬高一點，不要弄臟了我的車座！”“子霖，關門的時候輕一點，這可是高級車！”“子霖，把你的‘爪子拿開，別到處瞎摸！”“子霖……”說得我像個珠子一樣上躥下跳，畏畏縮縮，碰不得這也碰不得那，簡直都快成木頭人了！

We have only a garage （車庫）， so dads exclusive （專屬的） car， the Chevrolet， only takes a back seat to the new car， my moms favorite Beetle. Woke up this morning， I saw the poor Chevrolet， covered with a thick snow， had been lying alone in the stormy snow since Christmas Eve.

我們家只有一個車庫，所以老爸的專屬坐騎，那臺雪佛蘭，只有退居二線了，給老媽最愛的甲殼蟲讓位。今天早上起來，我看見可憐的雪佛蘭披著一層厚厚的雪衣，孤零零地臥在平安夜的風雪里。

One night after Christmas， father helped mother to drive the Beetle out of the garage because her eyesight is not so good. Mother sat next to father， with a pair of near-sighted glasses on her nose， like a policewoman， guiding dad to go out toward the road. Once they were on the road， mother held her old business， as an announcer （播音員） as before， talking endlessly to broadcast （廣播） the traffic， and worrying about hurting her beloved Beetle！

圣誕節(jié)過后的某個晚上，由于媽媽視力不太好，爸爸幫媽媽把甲殼蟲開出來，媽媽坐在旁邊，鼻梁上架著一副近視眼鏡，像個女交警似的，指揮著老爸往馬路上開去。一上路，媽媽就操起她那播音員的老行當，喋喋不休及時地播報路況，唯恐傷害了她心愛的甲殼蟲！

In any case， the Beetle is really a scenery in the street： unique personality （個性）， attractive temperament （氣質(zhì)）， beating color， and strong power. The rate of second glance is one hundred percent！ Mother loves her Beetle， just like loving father and me； it is fathers love that makes mothers dream come true， and fathers love makes this winter colorful and warmer as well.

不過，我們家的甲殼蟲還真是街上的一道風景：獨特的個性，迷人的氣質(zhì)，跳動的色彩，強勁的馬力?；仡^率那還真是百分之百??！媽媽熱愛甲殼蟲就像熱愛老爸和我一樣；而老爸的愛，讓媽媽圓了她的夢，也讓這個冬天多了幾分色彩，變得更加溫暖起來。
