總之,本次OSCE考試方案難度系數(shù)適中,區(qū)分度指數(shù)較高,Cronbach′s α為0.783,考試方案較為可行,有助于客觀評價(jià)臨床能力,效果較好。但SP由本科一年級學(xué)生擔(dān)任,在與考生溝通中應(yīng)變力較差,且不能較為自然地表現(xiàn)陽性體征,容易對考生產(chǎn)生不良導(dǎo)向作用。OSCE在我國尤其是在護(hù)理領(lǐng)域起步較晚,缺乏統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),考站內(nèi)容及流程的設(shè)置需要進(jìn)一步完善。后續(xù)將對考試過程中的不足之處加以改進(jìn),將OSCE考試應(yīng)用于護(hù)士規(guī)培各個(gè)階段的考核之中。
