作為一名初出茅廬的青年教師,我積極響應新課改中“高校課堂”的號召,在課堂教學模式的探索中,始終堅守著這份教育理念:教育,既要“為生命導航”,也要“讓學生出彩”。
教學片段一:鼓勵,讓學生敢于“出彩”
為了改變學生不善于溝通,不主動開口說英語的現(xiàn)狀,我每堂課都會經(jīng)常表揚他們讀,經(jīng)過我的多次表揚,孩子們的自信心增強了。
教學片段二:游戲,讓學生快樂“出彩”
為了攻克又一難題——記單詞。我想到將單詞與小游戲巧妙結(jié)合,于是,在接下來的一堂課中,一上課我就很高興地跟孩子們宣布了一件事情,今天我們不上課,我們來玩游戲!孩子們聽后,立馬高興得鼓起掌來。
教學片段三:合作,讓學生共同“出彩”
本課是unit 9的第一課時,其主要目標是會用Can you come to my party?的句型,并使用目標語言作肯定(Yes/Sure,Id love to...)和否定(Sorry, Id love to,but I have to...)回答,學會can的基本用法。
我在設計此課教案時采用小組合作式學習,將班上47名學生分成8個學習小組。下面以本堂課為例,展示該課程的教案及本人對這堂課的感受。

Step1.Warm-up
1. Greet the students as usual.
2. Then let the students enjoy a Christmas song.
反思和總結(jié):課前聽歌是為了給學生營造一種輕松愉快的學習氣氛,使學生盡快融入英語課堂。
Step2.Lead-in
1. Talk about everyday activities. At least one activity
2. Read the expressions aloud.
3. Play a game.
4.Finish 1a.
反思和總結(jié):隨著轉(zhuǎn)盤游戲的進行,不僅可以活躍課堂氣氛,還能讓學生對新課產(chǎn)生興趣。
Step 3. Presentation
Ask and answer:
Ask some students to answer my questions, maybe they have different answers, write down the main answers on the blackboard.
反思和總結(jié):這時問的問題正好可以呈現(xiàn)本堂課的目標句子“Can you come to my party?”讓孩子立馬掌握并作出相應的回答。
Step4. Practice
1. Pair work.
First,let two students read the example in the speech bubbles to the class.
A: Can you come to my party?
B:① Sure, Id love to.
②Sorry, I cant. I have a piano lesson.
Then ask students to practice some invitations with the right pictures on the screen. Ask students to use the phrases to practice the conversation.
2. Boys PK Girls.
反思和總結(jié):首先通過pairwork和男女生競爭的練習操練對話,讓學生反復多說多練target language.
Step5. Consolidation
1. Listening:
Listen to the tape of Part 1b carefully. Ask students to complete the activity individually, write the names next to the correct students in the picture.
2. Groupwork
Choose one party and invite your friends. Find out who can come, who cant come. Then give a report in the class.(小組匯報)
反思和總結(jié):要求學生以分組搶答的方式完成聽力訓練1b的練習。既能起到再次訓練和鞏固的作用,又能讓學生增強團體精神。
Step 6 Summay
對本堂課進行總結(jié),使學生更加明確本堂課的重、難點。
Step 7 Exercises
對本節(jié)課內(nèi)容進行練習,加深學生的記憶。
【課后反思】
1.對教學方法的不斷改進。我在設計教學任務時創(chuàng)設了大量的教學情景,不僅激發(fā)了學生參與的興趣,也激發(fā)了教師的幸福感。
2.對教材和知識點的深入挖掘。明確了教學目標的任務后,就要細心鉆研教材,充分挖掘教材的智力因素,用到教學活動的設計中,從而提高學生的學習興趣。
3.新穎有趣的教學形式。本節(jié)課開展小組競賽,為學生的綜合表達提供了豐富的素材,體現(xiàn)了以學生為主體的教學原則。
在面向未來的英語課堂中,我將矢志不移,繼續(xù)踐行小組合作理念,不斷優(yōu)化小組學習,讓英語課堂靈動飛揚,讓學生生命之花燦爛芬芳!
