Born in Gansu Province in 1965， Liu Ji graduated from Peoples Liberation Army Academy of Art with the major of oil paintings. Now he is a member of Chinese Artists Association and professional painter working in the Literature and Art Creation Office of the Department of Political Work， Western Theater Command.
劉基，1965年生于甘肅。中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，畢業(yè)于解放軍藝術(shù)學(xué)院美術(shù)系油畫專業(yè)?，F(xiàn)任職于西部戰(zhàn)區(qū)政治工作部文藝創(chuàng)作室，專職畫家。
