摘 要:論述了數(shù)控銑削加工中使用手工編程去余量的方法。通過對典型零件進(jìn)行工藝分析,確定去余量的方法,再確定刀具加工路徑,最后使用手工編程達(dá)到去余量目的過程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。在高職數(shù)控銑削實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)中取得了很好的教學(xué)效果。

Abstract:It discusses the use of CNC milling tool radius compensation values to modify the balance and the balance to manual programming methods.By the method of typical parts of the process analysis, to determine the margin, and then determine toolpaths, last used to modify tool radius compensation value or the balance to achieve the purpose of the manual programming process introduced in detail.It achieved good teaching effect in the teaching of vocational training CNC milling.

在高職數(shù)控銑削實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)中,學(xué)生對于基本編程方法掌握以后,加工較為復(fù)雜的零件時(shí),在加工中往往沒有采用先去余量再加工輪廓的方法,由于加工工藝的不正確,零件在加工過程中刀具處于全刀切削狀態(tài),不利于切削熱散發(fā),或者產(chǎn)生積削瘤或者刀具斷裂。為提高學(xué)生對數(shù)控銑削加工工藝的掌握,在教學(xué)中對典型零件進(jìn)行工藝分析,使用手工編程達(dá)到去余量目的過程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,在取得了很好的教學(xué)效果。
