“勢利眼”或“勢利小人”,英語譯為snob。如:3. 約翰有點(diǎn)勢利眼,他太羨慕社會地位較高的人,而不尊重社會地位較低的人。John is a bit of a snob,who admires people in the higher social classes too much and has no respect for people in the lower social classes.
