摘要:本文采取科學(xué)的定量的方法分析影響食品安全的指標(biāo),設(shè)計食品安全的預(yù)警模型,對企業(yè)的食品安全進行科學(xué)地預(yù)測與評價,得出食品安全的總體水平?!靶鲁B(tài)”下食品安全問題,主要是從物流流程與食品安全的關(guān)系角度分析,并通過對物流管理各環(huán)節(jié)對食品安全的影響調(diào)查,確定“新常態(tài)”背景下對食品安全的預(yù)警評定,食品安全的預(yù)警評定就是從原材料的采集到食品銷售以及食品質(zhì)量的安全監(jiān)管等一系列環(huán)節(jié)下構(gòu)建食品安全預(yù)警模型,有效地解決食品安全現(xiàn)有的不足,利用系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的方法對食品供應(yīng)鏈的各個階段進行綜合分析,提高食品安全預(yù)警的可靠性,減少食品安全危機的發(fā)生,提高人民生活水平。
Abstract: This paper adopts the scientific quantitative method to analyze the indicators affecting food safety, and design an early warning model for food safety, to scientifically predict and evaluate the food safety of the state-owned enterprises, and conclude the overall level of food safety. Food safety problems under the new normal are mainly analyzed from the perspective of the relationship between logistics process and food safety, and it is through the investigation of the impact of various aspects of logistics management on food safety, to determine the evaluation of food safety early warning under the new normal. Food safety early warning and assessment is to build a food safety warning model from the acquisition of raw materials to food sales and food quality safety supervision to effectively solve the shortage of the existing food safety, and use the system scientific method to carry on the comprehensive analysis to each stage of the food supply chain, to improve the reliability of food safety early warning, reduce the occurrence of food safety crisis, and improve people's living standard.

0 引言
在日常生活中,食品是不可缺少的,人們對食品安全性的要求也越來越高,食品安全問題成了人們不得不關(guān)注的熱點問題。然而,食品安全事故近年來出現(xiàn)的頻率較高,這類事件已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響了人們的生活水平,而且也影響了企業(yè)政府的形象。因此,為了降低食品安全事故發(fā)生率,推進我國食品安全事業(yè)順利進行,提高人們生活水平,建議食品安全機制改善。
1 “熵權(quán)理論”下食品安全預(yù)警分析
目前,XX市在建設(shè)食品安全預(yù)警系統(tǒng)方面已經(jīng)有了一定的成就。XX政府不斷加強食品安全方面的監(jiān)督,建立健全應(yīng)對食品安全危機的預(yù)警機制,盡全力降低食品安全事故產(chǎn)生,對XX市民的消費權(quán)益和健康安全負(fù)責(zé)。
遇到食品安全問題的人數(shù)也相對較多,而市民遇到食品安全問題后,大多數(shù)都不能夠得到解決,所以大家基本上都認(rèn)為食品安全問題應(yīng)該進行事前控制,也就是應(yīng)該建立并進行食品安全的預(yù)警。
