福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)召開(kāi)校友會(huì)成立大會(huì)

8月20日上午,福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)校友會(huì)成立大會(huì)在臺(tái)江校區(qū)協(xié)和廳召開(kāi)。校長(zhǎng)陳元仲，省民政廳社會(huì)組織管理局局長(zhǎng)郭奇出席會(huì)議。會(huì)議由副校長(zhǎng)周瑞祥主持。

會(huì)議聽(tīng)取了《福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)校友會(huì)籌備工作報(bào)告》。審議通過(guò)了《福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)校友會(huì)選舉辦法》《福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)校友會(huì)章程》《福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)校友會(huì)財(cái)務(wù)管理辦法》和《福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)校友會(huì)會(huì)費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(不收取會(huì)費(fèi))》。選舉產(chǎn)生了17名福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)校友會(huì)理事會(huì)成員和3名監(jiān)事會(huì)成員。

郭奇代表福建省民政廳對(duì)我校校友會(huì)的成立表示祝賀。他表示，我校培養(yǎng)了大量?jī)?yōu)秀醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)人才，為福建省醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)和人民的健康做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。校友會(huì)成立是一個(gè)新的起點(diǎn)，要及時(shí)做好登記注冊(cè)等工作，依法建設(shè)、規(guī)范管理、有序運(yùn)行、積極作為，爭(zhēng)取校友工作的品牌化。

陳元仲代表學(xué)校對(duì)蒞會(huì)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、嘉賓、校友們表示歡迎，對(duì)廣大校友以及省民政廳、教育廳、兄弟高校、社會(huì)各界朋友為福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)校友會(huì)成立付出的辛勤努力表示感謝，向福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)校友會(huì)當(dāng)選理事、監(jiān)事表示祝賀。他表示，校友會(huì)的成立，標(biāo)志著我校校友工作步入了新的發(fā)展階段。校友會(huì)要堅(jiān)持“熱情服務(wù)、交流融合、凝聚資源、共謀發(fā)展”原則,發(fā)揮好母校與校友之間的信息交流作用和溫情傳遞作用,發(fā)揮好團(tuán)結(jié)校友共商母校發(fā)展大計(jì)的智囊作用,發(fā)揮好組織校友用各種方式回報(bào)母校的協(xié)調(diào)助推作用,努力把校友會(huì)辦成展示學(xué)校的窗口,團(tuán)結(jié)發(fā)展的橋梁,校友的溫馨家園。

最后，陳元仲熱忱邀請(qǐng)廣大校友關(guān)心、支持和參與母校建校80周年紀(jì)念活動(dòng)，共慶母校80華誕。

Abstract：By collecting the geographical coordinates of public hospitals of grade two and above in the main urban area of Fuzhou, using hierarchical cluster analysis method to analyze its cluster status and combining related social factors such as economy, population, transportation, the geographical distribution of medical resources in Fuzhou is evaluated. The results show that the distribution of medical institutions in the main urban areas of Fuzhou is uneven. Two clusters occupy 68% of total medical resources, while remote areas are lack of medical resources. Therefore, it is suggested that some large public medical institutions should be distributed to the east and south of Fuzhou city, and some specialized hospitals can be located in the peripheral areas of the city so as to gradually form a polycentric medical service

Abstract：From the real case of Xiamen hospital, the effeciency and advantages of medical social workers intervening in hospital negative letters are analyzed and the feasible paths of dealing with hospital negative letters are disccussed as well. Then, the measures such as improving the authority of medical social worker intervening in hospital negative letters and establishing processing and prevention mechanism are proposed to cope with difficulties in dealing with hospital negative letters.
