The 2017 international training program was held for the second time by RIDCI. It accomplished all the tasks efficiently and was fully praised by all foreign participants. This was the great efforts made by all parties. It needed to conscientiously review and summarize the merits and deficiencies, so as to further improve its general level. Due to the different research backgrounds and professional standards of participants, it was unavoidable that a unified explanation would not be able to meet the needs of all the participants. Therefore, according to the feedback from participants, it was necessary to analyze the exchange method and try to use grouping discussion to make up for this shortcoming.
