當(dāng)代建筑學(xué)正面臨著巨大的轉(zhuǎn)型和挑戰(zhàn)，同時(shí)我們也處在一個(gè)新的人文主義時(shí)代的入口。從文藝復(fù)興到現(xiàn)代主義，我們逐步確立起了一種具有普遍性的人的價(jià)值、建筑學(xué)中的人的價(jià)值，而新的數(shù)字媒介等等條件使我們正前所未有地接近了人的個(gè)人化的、主體的情感、記憶、意義，以及與環(huán)境的互動(dòng)。這一方面要求我們重新去認(rèn)識空間的規(guī)律，特別是空間中與人的主體有關(guān)的規(guī)律；另一方面，我們需要拓展建筑學(xué)的工具、方法，甚至思維方式，我們需要更好地與其他學(xué)科協(xié)同來獲得更加精確、更加細(xì)膩、更加能支持人與環(huán)境互動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法，讓人重新回到空間的中心。我相信在這個(gè)新的人文主義時(shí)代，我們會需要、也將迎來一種新的更好的人文主義建筑學(xué)?！?/p>

“意匠”的建筑教育

建筑設(shè)計(jì)是一個(gè)內(nèi)應(yīng)外合的過程：所謂內(nèi)，是指將個(gè)人之于生活、藝術(shù)、歷史等理論學(xué)科知識轉(zhuǎn)化為建筑設(shè)計(jì)與分析的技能，將概念向空間轉(zhuǎn)化的設(shè)計(jì)過程；所謂外，指對環(huán)境真實(shí)的分析、對建造真實(shí)的理解和對建筑學(xué)本體真實(shí)的認(rèn)識。基于這種理解，建筑師應(yīng)該是一個(gè)之于條件、資源、社會關(guān)系的優(yōu)秀協(xié)調(diào)者和創(chuàng)造者，而不是一個(gè)簡單的繪圖匠。

今天的建筑教育早已不再局限于傳授“手法”的“巧言令色”，在注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生掌握空間組織和空間形式設(shè)計(jì)的技巧及形式語言之外，更注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的設(shè)計(jì)思維的訓(xùn)練，珍視學(xué)生的敏感觀察，引導(dǎo)同學(xué)對于本我之“仁”的表達(dá)。

如果說“手法”的傳授使學(xué)生掌握建筑師作為“匠”之層面的建筑設(shè)計(jì)的基本操作能力，而由人本之“仁”所引發(fā)的“意”便成為了定義建筑師身份的關(guān)鍵。而日語中的“意匠”一詞，其實(shí)是建筑設(shè)計(jì)及其理論的意思。

以這一思考審視建筑教育，不難發(fā)現(xiàn)——建筑教育一方面需要完成其作為基本的對于建筑師的職業(yè)教育；另一方面，更有機(jī)會完成以建筑為視角和媒介的人本教育。

總之，對于中國僅有90余年歷史的建筑教育來講，它仍是一個(gè)年輕的學(xué)科，當(dāng)代社會的進(jìn)步和疾速發(fā)展也不再要求建筑教育快速地生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)人員，我想未來，我們將有機(jī)會培養(yǎng)出更多有智識的“意匠”。□

古拙——梁思成筆下的古建之美

暑期快到了，我的建筑系學(xué)生紛紛議論理想旅行目的地, 卻幾乎沒有一個(gè)學(xué)生提倡去考察中國古建筑。

現(xiàn)今的建筑教育普遍側(cè)重設(shè)計(jì)和應(yīng)用，有些建筑學(xué)院甚至把建筑歸類為應(yīng)用藝術(shù)（apply arts)。能夠及時(shí)啟蒙學(xué)生的建筑案例，大部分都屬于現(xiàn)代主義及后期的外國案例。久而久之，在建筑學(xué)生的眼中，令他們趨之若鶩的建筑作品，都在外國。

現(xiàn)在中國迅速發(fā)展了數(shù)十年，但亦彷佛到了需要尋根的階段。我國歷史源遠(yuǎn)流長，文化博大精深。究竟，我們能從過去窺探到多少的未來呢？

中國青年出版社推出了幾本關(guān)于梁思成的書籍，但我卻被《古拙》精美的設(shè)計(jì)吸引了。以往關(guān)于營造法式的書籍，一般都會以古建筑的類別來分成章節(jié)（如古橋、古塔、等等），所以閱讀時(shí)，感覺乏味?！豆抛尽反蚱屏诉@種編輯風(fēng)格，編輯把《古拙》設(shè)計(jì)成為梁思成的筆記本，章節(jié)分為十二回、一個(gè)月代表一回。每一回都節(jié)錄了梁思成關(guān)于營造法式的文章、圖紙、照片及草圖。編輯以時(shí)敘介紹不同朝代的建筑典范，潤飾了閱讀的節(jié)奏，希望讀者能親歷梁思成和林徽因攀山涉水、探訪山明水秀古代遺跡的旅程。所以它更像一本游記，增加了閱讀趣味性。

內(nèi)容當(dāng)然是令人感動(dòng)；幾十年前在戰(zhàn)火連天的中國，交通、攝影、繪圖，每一件都不是容易的事?！豆抛尽肥珍浟舜罅坑僧?dāng)年《中國營造學(xué)社》所測繪的圖紙和拍攝的相片，對一本A5的書籍而言，十分難得。

近年來，盡管建筑細(xì)部在各類建筑文章以及眾多建筑師闡述自己作品中多有提及。但是如何理解建筑細(xì)部仍然困擾著我們。愛德華·R·福特所著《建筑細(xì)部》一書以獨(dú)特的視角解讀建筑細(xì)部，給了我們更多的思考空間。

關(guān)于建筑細(xì)部，我們可以提出很多問題。建筑細(xì)部是不是功能的要求？建筑細(xì)部是不是建筑立面上小尺度的裝飾設(shè)計(jì)？建筑細(xì)部設(shè)計(jì)是不是構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)？建筑細(xì)部設(shè)計(jì)與建筑整體設(shè)計(jì)之間的關(guān)系是什么？而實(shí)際上，建筑細(xì)部可以說就是“建筑”本身。密斯說過“建筑開始于兩塊磚被仔細(xì)地連接在一起?！边@句話不僅指出了建筑的基本要素包括材料、構(gòu)造、建造，而且“仔細(xì)的連接”就是在描述建筑細(xì)部。建筑細(xì)部是建筑整體不可分割的一部分，是構(gòu)造的明確表達(dá)，是建造的合理體現(xiàn)。建筑細(xì)部所承載的是設(shè)計(jì)師的設(shè)計(jì)意向、建筑背后的審美取向、材料工藝技術(shù)的發(fā)展。因此，建筑細(xì)部是每一位從事與建筑有任何相關(guān)聯(lián)的工作的人都應(yīng)該理解的內(nèi)容。

在本書中，作者并沒有著力定義細(xì)部的概念，也沒有技術(shù)性的探討什么樣的構(gòu)造方式會產(chǎn)生什么樣的細(xì)部。本書只是從5個(gè)概述——作為抽象化的細(xì)部、作為母體的細(xì)部、作為構(gòu)造表達(dá)的細(xì)部、作為節(jié)點(diǎn)的細(xì)部、自主或顛覆性的細(xì)部——來闡述建筑細(xì)部。而建筑細(xì)部究竟是什么？每一位讀者讀過之后應(yīng)該都會有自己的結(jié)論。這大概也是本書的最大意義?！酰ㄗ模厚R欣，北方工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑與藝術(shù)學(xué)院副教授）

Alessandro Armando and Giovanni Durbiano's book Teoria del Progetto Architettonico is a refreshing(though indeed demanding,with its 500 pages of dense text)counter-argument to the dominant disciplinary narrative that reads built objects as the direct result of a design intention. In this narrative, the trajectory from the architect's drafting table to building site and then to built architecture is a linear one; where it is not, it is considered a failure of the designer's intentions, which external forces are accountable for, and thus a failure the designer endures helplessly.That architects produce drawings and not buildings is a known and fairly accepted fact; but the distance between the drawing and the building is, more often than not, overlooked as something of little interest to the discipline, something external to the values that are the architect's own and that are inscribed within the project,and thus the building.

Armando and Durbiano propose to reconsider the weight of the symbolic exchange that such narrative foregrounds (from the architect's head to drawing to building), and attempt to construct a scientific framing for the analysis of the project of architecture as a socio-technical object that is shaped, deviated and implemented,and that is modified a thousand times by a thousand different directions.Drawing on Actor-Network Theory,the authors describe the process of modifications-within-the-real-world that the project goes through as a necessary process, allowing for the enlargement of the collective retaining decisional power and, consequently,for an incremental enhancement of the project itself. During its journey from the architect's head to the building site, the project encounters a number of irruptions that are as much a part of it as is its relatively brief permanence on the drawing board. The more the irruptions, the larger the collective,the better the chances for the project to act as a complex social tool for transformation.

The main concern of the authors is to make visible the measurability of the transformative power that defines the project of architecture as a technical and social object. In a moment in which disciplinary discourse rests either on narratives of authoriality, portraying architects as sole carriers of those values necessary to envision the future, or on narratives of scarcity, downplaying the role of design as weak practice subject to unforeseeable contingencies – and thus reducing the scope of the issues it sets out to address, this book opens to a pragmatic interpretation of the discipline through the introduction of a diachronic dimension to architectural praxis. Architects are at once producers and actors embedded in a real world of continuous exchange; such exchange can be measured, and by measuring it, it is possible to project its effects into the future.
