Prof. Cai Xunsheng was born in Zizhong county of Southwest Chinas Sichuan province and now is a member of Chinese Artists Association and Vice Chairman of the Artists Association of Shapingba district of Chongqing city. Cai graduated from the History Department of Zhengzhou University in 1986 and became a member of the Oil Painting Research Society of Chongqing Artists Association two years later. He was employed as a visiting professor at Chongqing Electronic Engineering Vocational College in 2004 and became a member of Chongqing Oil Painting Academy in 2017.

A lot of Cais oil paintings， posters and woodcut paintings have been displayed at fine arts exhibitions at national level and received many awards. For example， his woodcut painting， Happy New Year， was displayed at the 8th national woodcut painting exhibition in 1983； poster painting， Homelands Interests Higher Than Everything， showcased at the national poster painting exhibition in 1983； oil painting， The Road to Victory， and poster painting， Conquering SARS. Defending for Humans， displayed at the 6th and 10th national fine arts exhibition respectively in 1984 and 2004.

蔡循生，1949年出生，原籍四川資中。中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，重慶市沙坪壩區(qū)美協(xié)副主席，教授。

1965年就讀于四川美院附中，1969年3月畢業(yè)入伍，從事部隊文化工作，副團職，中校軍銜。因組織美術(shù)創(chuàng)作和展覽，兩次榮立三等功。1984年就讀于鄭州大學(xué)歷史系政史專業(yè)，1986年畢業(yè)。1988年任重慶市美協(xié)油畫研究會理事。1990年轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)。2004年受聘重慶電子職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院任客座教授。2006年受聘重慶大學(xué)人文藝術(shù)學(xué)院任教。2017年任重慶市油畫學(xué)會理事。

主要作品：油畫《前線歸來》1981年入選河南省第二屆青年美展，獲優(yōu)秀作品獎；版畫《新年好》1983年入選第八屆全國版畫展；宣傳畫《祖國利益高于一切》1983年入選全國宣傳畫展覽；油畫《通向勝利之路》1984年入選第六屆全國美展；油畫《古韻》1997年入選全國外經(jīng)貿(mào)系統(tǒng)書畫展，獲二等獎；宣傳畫《征服SARS.捍衛(wèi)人類》2004年入選第十屆全國美展；油畫《陽光下》2009年入選第七屆全國體育美展；油畫《和平使命·開鑿生命水源》2014年入選“中國夢強軍夢”軍事題材美術(shù)作品展；油畫《信仰的力量——翻越夾金山》2016年入選紀念紅軍長征勝利80周年全國書畫名家美術(shù)作品展覽；油畫《和平使命·轉(zhuǎn)移難民》2017年入選紀念中國人民解放軍建軍90周年全國美展暨第13屆全軍美展。
