立秋剛過，首屆湯公音樂節(jié)在浙江遂昌舉行。開幕式的謝幕曲，定格在了這樣一個畫面：

2008年北京奧運會音樂總監(jiān)陳其鋼、女高音陳小朵、女聲歌手喻越越、男聲歌手李煒鵬、古琴演奏家陳雷激、京劇花臉李夢熊、古箏演奏家常靜、琵琶演奏家李佳、歌手常石磊、女高音孟萌……

這些名家在2008年北京奧運會開幕式上，或是驚艷出演、或是幕后功臣，這次在國樂與弦樂、美聲與戲曲的混搭中，襯托出了一群來自山水間的孩子——高海心15歲，來自妙高街道莊山村；李佳怡13歲，來自坑口村；祝袁舒心9歲，來自姚埠村；傅佳藝8歲，來自黃泥嶺村……

他們都是遂昌躬耕書院音樂筑夢班的學生。

這場音樂會的背后，有兩種關于音樂在鄉(xiāng)村中的文化實驗，以及實驗衍生出的諸多可能性。

一個看似偶然的想法：不如先教孩子音樂吧

高海心終于不用擔心自己跟不上交響樂團的節(jié)奏了。

當小提琴和大提琴鋪陳進來的一剎那，這位站在后排中間的15歲姑娘下意識地閉了一下眼睛，似乎在找準那種“跳躍進去”的感覺。

歌聲響起，遠處的山間撲騰起一群鳥，很快在晚霞中融成一幅畫。同樣美麗的，還有定格在孩子們臉上的笑容。

這一天，距湯公音樂節(jié)開幕還有三天，來自遂昌躬耕書院音樂筑夢班的48個孩子，他們的暑期集訓也進入到了第六天，他們和來自世界各地最具才華的青年藝術家們一起，排練了四首歌，這一首叫《遂昌賦》。

交響樂中混搭古琴并不多見，但當古琴聲揚起，便更有了些遂昌的味道。

彈古琴的姑娘叫曾佳慧，是躬耕書院第一期音樂暑期夏令營中的一員。

北京到龍游要乘6個小時高鐵，再坐1個小時大巴到遂昌縣，再開車1個小時轉鄉(xiāng)道、村道，過不知幾個彎的山路，才能到紅星坪村。

這里三面環(huán)山，僅靠一條4米多寬的水泥路跟外面的世界聯結，時不時有雞、鴨、土狗大搖大擺在眼前走過。站到稍微高一點的坡上遠眺，可以望見烏溪江水庫的一角。

這是曾佳慧再熟悉不過的路線——七年前，她就是從這條路走出村子，到北京，然后，成為紅星坪村第一個被首都高等音樂學府錄取的娃。

這七年每年的寒暑假、小長假，曾佳慧會風雨無阻地沿著這條路，定期回到位于紅星坪村的琴圩書齋，給音樂筑夢班的學弟學妹們上課。

對于剛滿20歲的曾佳慧來說，這更像是一種習慣?；氐阶约阂魳分返钠瘘c，回到一草一木都再熟悉不過的家鄉(xiāng)，這種說不清算不算是使命感的情愫，一直根植于她的心底。

回到2011年，當時杭州龍井草堂的創(chuàng)始人戴建軍，因為“尋找好食材”偶然來到遂昌黃泥嶺村。

“九山半水半分田”的自然稟賦，把戴建軍鎮(zhèn)住了。他決定在此地動土，一開始不過是想做個純粹的食材基地。但跟國學大家杜道生的一次對話，讓戴建軍重新思考自己要做的事。杜道生說，中國人一直講究耕讀并舉，“如果在這里做一個書院，還可以盡教育的責任”。

3個月后，躬耕書院成立了。

后來，在邀請指揮家、小澤征爾的愛徒陳琳以及古琴演奏家陳雷激來山里吃土雞的餐桌上，幾個人萌生出一個共同想法——教育從哪里做起？不如先試著教這些大山里的孩子音樂吧。

聽起來，這只是一個偶然的想法。

走出大山的女孩：假期回來教更小的孩子

2011年，躬耕書院第一期音樂暑期夏令營（這也被看作是音樂筑夢班的前身）在當地招生。那次，總共來了十幾個曬得黑黝黝的孩子，他們半天不說一句話，更不用說有什么音樂素養(yǎng)了。當時13歲的曾佳慧，就站在他們中間。

對這些山里的孩子來說，命運輪盤上的選項并不多。如果當時沒有走上音樂之路，曾佳慧應該會上一所普通的學校，或者就直接外出打工貼補家用。學音樂所需的費用，也通常會讓這些家庭望而卻步。

以曾佳慧彈的古琴為例，最普通的一架也要萬把塊錢，“當時我爸媽都在外打工，如果沒有筑夢班，以他們的收入，肯定無法支持我學音樂。”曾佳慧說。

第一期音樂暑期夏令營僅有十天，這個姑娘以自己的認真，打動了所有老師。

有一天，陳雷激上完古琴課，就對孩子們說，“你們在這練琴，到了吃飯時間我來叫你們”。

結果，跟幾個老朋友吃飯聊得開心，陳雷激把這事給忘了。到了晚上八九點鐘，陳雷激路過琴房，發(fā)現里面還有聲音，推門進去一看，其他孩子都走了，只有曾佳慧一個人還在練。陳雷激問，“你怎么還在啊？”曾佳慧說，“老師，你不是說一直練到吃飯來叫我們嗎？”

十天后，老師們做了一個重大決定，帶曾佳慧去北京，先去中國音樂學院跟讀一年，后面能不能考上，就看孩子自己的造化了。曾佳慧家里不用出一分錢，開飯店的戴建軍負責學費，指揮家陳琳負責生活費。

曾佳慧很爭氣，苦讀一年后，第二年通過了附中的全國?？迹謴母街幸宦房歼M中國音樂學院古琴專業(yè)，今年讀大二。

一回到音樂筑夢班，曾佳慧還是和孩子們同吃同睡在一起，不厭其煩地教孩子們識譜，一遍遍為孩子們彈著古琴伴奏……曾佳慧現在所做的一切，正是七年前陳琳、陳雷激這些藝術家們在她身上所付出的投射與復刻。

這個年紀的年輕人，對未來已有了自己的打算，“不管以后在哪里工作，我每年還是會回來繼續(xù)（音樂筑夢班）這件事?！惫媚镎Z氣中有不容置疑的堅定。

六七年的時間：音樂在山村成了一件自然的事

沿著紅星坪村的坡道往上走，路過一大片茂盛的荷花池，就到了音樂筑夢班的大本營琴圩書齋。

早上9點，太陽還沒從遠山的云霧中掙脫開來，清澈的童聲合唱，就已經從布滿爬山虎的白墻后徐徐傳出。

“真的，孩子們的歌聲，會賦予這個地方靈性?！敝灰舭嗟暮⒆右痪毟?，在田間地頭干活的村民們，都會直起腰，出神地聽上幾分鐘。戴建軍看得真切，“他們不懂音樂，但都說很好聽?！?/p>

從2013年算起，筑夢班已經走入第六個年頭。每年夏天，躬耕書院都會面向整個遂昌招生，條件只有兩個：1.遂昌本地人；2.年齡在小學二年級至四年級之間。

只要通過最終面試，每年寒暑假、小長假，以及固定的周末，都可以參加筑夢班的集訓和學習，整個學習過程，家長不需要花一分錢。

來自三仁鄉(xiāng)坑口村的李佳怡，從二年級就開始參加面試，直到四年級的那個夏天，終于被錄取。雖然，那個時候，她依然連哆來咪發(fā)嗦啦西都唱不準。

“我們村里就我一個！”在筑夢班的兩年里，李佳怡先后去了杭州、蘇州演出。李佳怡記得，去蘇州演出那次，因為主辦方壓縮時間，準備了三首歌的筑夢班，只唱了兩首。在后臺的走廊里，孩子們都有些沮喪，這時陳琳提議，“沒唱的那首歌，我們就在這里唱吧”，歌聲響徹后臺，每個人看到了彼此眼中的淚光。

在音樂筑夢班這個大家庭中，孩子們學會了唱歌，也收獲了人生道路上的自信。筑夢班的輔導員楊崴寧，之前收到一封感謝信，來自已經結業(yè)的一位男生。

這位叫周俊的男生，剛來的時候蔫蔫的，跟人說話都不敢抬頭。跟著筑夢班出去演出幾次后，整個人明顯開朗自信了很多，在信里他說，“班里的女生知道我去過杭州了，都很羨慕，現在他們都叫我俊哥。謝謝老師們！”

音樂給予孩子們的，不僅僅是音樂本身。

鄭建斌是躬耕書院的大廚，自從8月初筑夢班開課后，他每天都犯愁到哪里去抓土雞。

黃泥嶺的土雞，嘗過的人都“魂牽夢縈”，據說當初陳其鋼、陳琳、陳雷激這些大咖，都是被這里的土雞拴住了胃，被這里的山水拴住了腿，從而心甘情愿來到這里，為當地音樂文化的普及不遺余力。

今年筑夢班剛開始的幾天里，就已經先后有鋼琴家杜寧武、小提琴家朱麗亞、大提琴家沈澤洵等名師來給孩子們上過課，“讓他們多嘗嘗土雞，以后可以多來啊?！边@是鄭建斌質樸的愿望。

來自偏遠山區(qū)、剛剛識譜的小孩，給他們上課的，卻都是來自茱莉亞音樂學院、中央音樂學院、星海音樂學院等國內外頂尖學府的老師。即使換作一線城市的孩子，也不可能有這樣的配置。但這也是音樂筑夢班一直堅持的路子，“不求他們將來能成為音樂家，只希望能教給他們音樂中的美好?！?/p>

夜深了，站在琴圩書齋的圍墻外，孩子們背誦歌詞的零星聲音漸漸停息。伴著蛙聲一片、星子漫天，音樂筑夢的旅途，也在夜色里悄然開啟。

Suichang， a rural county of mountains in central Zhejiang， wouldnt have had much to do with music at all， but for written by Tang Xianzu in Suichang in the five years he served as the county governor in the 1590s. is a representative play of Kunqu Opera， which is listed as one of the Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO since 2001.

Seven years ago， an entrepreneur and a group of top-class Chinese musicians set up a music education course in Suichang. Music education has made a difference in this remote region of mountains.

The entrepreneur is Dai Jianjun， a restaurateur in Hangzhou. In 2011， he visited the county in search of an ideal place to set up a vegetable farm to provide fresh supplies to the restaurant in Hangzhou. One day he came to Huangniling， a village surrounded by mountains. He didnt come alone. One of the fellow travelers was Du Daosheng， a scholar of traditional Chinese classics. They had a conversation during the trip. Du said a life of farming and education was a long Chinese tradition. “You can do your bit for education here，” advised the master.

Three months later， an education institute called Gonggeng Academy came into being at Huangniling.

Dai has a lot of musician friends. Once upon a time， he invited conductor Chen Lin and Guqin player Chen Leiji all the way to enjoy a chicken dinner at his farm at Huangniling. “What can we do about education here？” he put this question to his musician friends. At the dinner table， the idea of teaching music to village children was proposed. Everyone agreed it was a great idea.

The first music education course was offered in the summer of 2011 in the form of a summer camp. About a dozen children came. They were nervous and shy. They hardly spoke. Among them was a 13-year-old girl Zeng Jiahui. The summer camp lasted ten days. Guqin Master Chen Jilei gave children lectures and asked them to practice. One day， he asked them to practice and promised to tell them stop when it was supper time. However， Chen had so good a time with friends that he forgot to call his students off. When he finally passed the classroom at 8 oclock in the evening， he heard someone still practice in the classroom. He pushed the door open and found Zeng Jiahui there. Chen was touched by the girls determination.

Ten days later， the teachers made a decision. They decided to bring the girl to Beijing to take a crash course at the affiliated middle school of the China Conservative of Music for a year. A year later she would sit for the entrance examination of the middle school. Dai would pay for all the school tuition and fees and conductor Chen Lin would foot all the bills for everyday life.

A year later， Zeng passed the national examination and successfully enrolled herself into the middle school. Then she passed the national entrance examination and entered China Conservative of Music as a major of . In the past seven years， Zeng came back to the village during the summer and winter vacations. She has helped the music course at the village.

The training course was renamed Music Dream in 2013. It is in Hongxingping Village， just across the river from Huangniling where the academy is based. Every summer， the music training camp offered by Gonggeng Academy opens its door to children of Suichang： a successful applicant needs to satisfy two qualifications： a trainee must be a native of Suichang and must not be younger than second-grader or older than fourth grader. Those who pass the final interview receive music education free of charge in winter and summer vacations.

Young trainees get essential music education from top music teachers who are from elite music institutions such as Juilliard School， the Central Conservatory of Music， and the Xinghai Conservatory of Music. Music masters enjoy a chicken dish especially prepared by a chef at the academy. It is said that the chicken at the academy is as famous as the music education course at the village.

Music has changed the village kids. Music education they have received at the village has opened their eyes to a world that is far away， and given them a new perspective on life possibilities. Zeng Jiahui is now 20 years old. She has changed a lot. The village kids have traveled and sung their songs in cities such as Hangzhou and Suzhou. Zhou Jun， who has graduated from the training course， has changed a lot. He wrote a thank-you letter to Yang Weining， a volunteer assistant with the academy. Training and traveling and performing boosted his self-confidence. “The girls in my class have learned about my travel to Hangzhou and they are envious. Now they call me Brother Jun. Thank you， teachers，” wrote the boy in the letter.

Villagers like the singing of the children. When these kids sing， farmers working in farmlands stop what they are doing and listen for a while. They find the singing pleasant and beautiful.

In August 2018， Suichang held a Tang Xianzu Music Festival. Many top musicians came all the way from Beijing and performed. The kids from the summer camp performed with the masters.
