重慶自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)香港商務(wù)代表處揭牌

9月3日，“渝港合作推介會(huì)”在香港舉行。市委副書(shū)記、市長(zhǎng)唐良智率市商務(wù)委、市經(jīng)濟(jì)信息委、市金融辦等部門(mén)和部分區(qū)縣組成的重慶代表團(tuán)，在香港推介宣傳重慶投資環(huán)境，分享投資機(jī)遇，深化渝港經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域合作。香港特別行政區(qū)商務(wù)及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展局局長(zhǎng)邱騰華出席并致辭，渝港各界人士約300人參加了推介會(huì)，共有24個(gè)渝港合作重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了集中簽約，投資總額達(dá)621億元人民幣。會(huì)上，市委副書(shū)記、市長(zhǎng)唐良智，香港中聯(lián)辦副主任仇鴻，外交部駐港特派員公署副特派員楊義瑞，香港貿(mào)發(fā)局副總裁周啟良，香港投資推廣署助理署長(zhǎng)鄧智良等，共同為中國(guó)（重慶）自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)香港商務(wù)代表處揭牌。

“南向通道”推介會(huì)在越南成功舉辦

8月31日，中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項(xiàng)目管理局、重慶市政府物流協(xié)調(diào)辦公室及越南工貿(mào)部進(jìn)出口局，在越南河內(nèi)聯(lián)合舉辦中新互聯(lián)互通項(xiàng)目南向通道專(zhuān)題推介會(huì)，并舉行“南向通道”鐵海聯(lián)運(yùn)越南國(guó)際貨物集散中心揭牌儀式、“南向通道”中越企業(yè)合作項(xiàng)目簽約儀式，以及企業(yè)推介和交流等活動(dòng)。30日，重慶市人民政府與胡志明市人民委員會(huì)在越南胡志明市簽署建立友好城市關(guān)系備忘錄。

重慶市代表團(tuán)參加新加坡“慧眼中國(guó)環(huán)球論壇”

8月28日，應(yīng)新加坡方面邀請(qǐng)，重慶市代表團(tuán)赴新參加“慧眼中國(guó)環(huán)球論壇”2018特別年會(huì)。重慶、廣西、貴州、甘肅等西部省區(qū)市南向通道建設(shè)牽頭部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人圍繞“政府推動(dòng)南向通道建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享”主題，中新雙方企業(yè)代表圍繞“企業(yè)對(duì)南向通道的商業(yè)展望”主題，新加坡學(xué)界圍繞“南向通道對(duì)區(qū)域聯(lián)動(dòng)與一體化的影響討論”主題分別開(kāi)展對(duì)話(huà)交流。重慶與新加坡共簽約11個(gè)項(xiàng)目。其中，中新南向通道（重慶）物流發(fā)展有限公司與新加坡輝聯(lián)集團(tuán)簽署了合作協(xié)議，“中新南向通道新加坡國(guó)際貨物集散中心”正式揭牌，標(biāo)志著南向通道新加坡國(guó)際貨物集散基地正式建立。

重慶市文化旅游推介會(huì)在紐約舉行

8月30日，重慶市文化旅游推介會(huì)在紐約聯(lián)合國(guó)總部舉行，通過(guò)旅游圖片和宣傳片向與會(huì)的150多位嘉賓全方位介紹了重慶文化旅游資源，展示了重慶獨(dú)特的都市風(fēng)光、自然風(fēng)景和民俗風(fēng)情。重慶市委常委、宣傳部部長(zhǎng)張鳴出席并致辭，紐約市長(zhǎng)德布拉西奧向推介會(huì)發(fā)來(lái)賀信。會(huì)上，重慶市官方對(duì)外推廣平臺(tái)iChongqing正式上線(xiàn)。重慶市旅游發(fā)展委員會(huì)與美中友好協(xié)會(huì)，重慶廣電集團(tuán)與美國(guó)思邁勤傳媒集團(tuán)分別簽訂了合作協(xié)議，以加強(qiáng)在旅游、文化和媒體等領(lǐng)域的合作，把重慶打造成北美民眾了解中國(guó)西部的重要窗口。

世界溫泉及氣候養(yǎng)生聯(lián)合委員會(huì)辦事處落戶(hù)重慶

8月24日，世界溫泉及氣候養(yǎng)生聯(lián)合委員會(huì)（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“世溫聯(lián)”）、重慶市旅發(fā)委、北碚區(qū)人民政府、碧納泉科研實(shí)驗(yàn)室簽訂合作協(xié)議，將在重慶設(shè)立“世溫聯(lián)”亞太地區(qū)首個(gè)辦事處，組建國(guó)際溫泉與氣候養(yǎng)生研究院。根據(jù)協(xié)議，四方將共同支持組建股份制的重慶國(guó)際溫泉與氣候養(yǎng)生研究院有限責(zé)任公司，打造“世界溫泉及氣候養(yǎng)生谷項(xiàng)目”等。

國(guó)際時(shí)尚周將上演“國(guó)際范、巴渝風(fēng)”盛宴

2018中國(guó)重慶國(guó)際時(shí)尚周9月16日至22日將分別在渝中區(qū)解放碑、南岸區(qū)南濱路彈子石廣場(chǎng)和兩江新區(qū)的華僑城·歡樂(lè)谷等地舉行。本屆中國(guó)重慶國(guó)際時(shí)尚周跨界融合時(shí)尚、文化、創(chuàng)意、智能元素，全方位展示重慶的山水文化軟實(shí)力和時(shí)尚之都的獨(dú)特魅力。以“秀”“展”“會(huì)”“賽”等形式，充分體現(xiàn)重慶國(guó)際時(shí)尚周的“國(guó)際范、巴渝風(fēng)”。主辦方邀請(qǐng)了法國(guó)、俄羅斯、韓國(guó)、馬來(lái)西亞的服裝設(shè)計(jì)師及品牌開(kāi)展靜態(tài)展示，并組織重慶服裝設(shè)計(jì)師現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀(guān)摩、互動(dòng)交流，加強(qiáng)貿(mào)易洽談及商務(wù)合作。

重慶—柬埔寨西哈努克港航線(xiàn)開(kāi)通

8月18日凌晨，柬埔寨J C國(guó)際航空公司一架空客A320客機(jī)降落重慶江北國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)，標(biāo)志著重慶至柬埔寨西哈努克港國(guó)際航線(xiàn)正式開(kāi)通。至此，重慶機(jī)場(chǎng)國(guó)際（地區(qū)）航線(xiàn)增至73條。

“渝南黔北”區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展聯(lián)盟成立

8月16日，“渝南黔北”區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展聯(lián)盟在貴州桐梓成立。該聯(lián)盟由重慶綦江、南川、萬(wàn)盛經(jīng)開(kāi)區(qū)與貴州桐梓政府共同發(fā)起成立，合作內(nèi)容包括項(xiàng)目建設(shè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、旅游營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、優(yōu)惠政策等。該聯(lián)盟的成立，將進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化渝黔旅游交流與合作，探索構(gòu)建區(qū)域旅游聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展大平臺(tái)，推動(dòng)渝南黔北區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展再上新臺(tái)階。同日，聯(lián)盟秘書(shū)處還發(fā)布了“渝南黔北”區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展聯(lián)盟精品線(xiàn)路。

中美高校54名優(yōu)秀學(xué)子來(lái)渝調(diào)研

外籍人才經(jīng)重慶自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)推薦領(lǐng)取中國(guó)永久居留身份證

8月1日，市公安局出入境管理局消息，當(dāng)日，在西部航空公司工作的新加坡籍華人陳佩良夫婦二人如愿以?xún)斈玫搅恕爸袊?guó)綠卡”—外國(guó)人永久居留身份證。他們是國(guó)家移民管理局自今年4月2日掛牌成立以來(lái)，首例經(jīng)重慶自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)推薦獲得永久居留身份的外國(guó)人。該卡在國(guó)內(nèi)可以單獨(dú)作為身份證件使用，還可用于參與職稱(chēng)評(píng)定、參加社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)、作為長(zhǎng)期簽證居留等使用。

The lnauguration of Hong Kong Business Representative Off i ce of Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone

On September 3, the “Chongqing-Hongkong Cooperation Promotion Conference” was held in Hong Kong. Tang Liangzhi, deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee and Chongqing mayor, led the Chongqing delegation which contained the officials from the Chongqing Business Commission, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information, the Chongqing Municipal Finance Office and other districts and counties to promote the investment environment in Chongqing, share investment opportunities and deepen cooperation in the economic and trade field between Chongqing and Hong Kong. Mr. Edward Yau, director of the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, attended the conference and delivered a speech. About 300 people from all walks of life in Chongqing and Hong Kong attended the promotion conference and the contract signing ceremony of a total of 24 key projects for cooperation between Chongqing and Hong Kong was held in a centralized manner with a total investment of RMB 62.1 billion yuan. The Successful Host of the Promotion Conference of “Southerly Transport Corridor” in Vietnam

On August 31, the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative Administration on Strategic Connectivity, the Chongqing Municipal Government Logistics Council and the Import and Export Bureau of Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade jointly held the special promotion conference for the Southbound Transport Corridor of the China-Singapore Connectivity Project in Hanoi, Vietnam, the opening ceremony of the Vietnam International Cargo Distribution Center of the “Southbound Transport Corridor” which supports the sea-railway combined transportation, the signing ceremony of the China-Vietnam enterprise cooperation projects of the Southerly Transport Corridor,corporate promotion and exchange activities and so on. On August 30, the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government and the People’s Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City signed a memorandum on the establishment of sister city relationships in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The Participation of Chongqing Delegation in Singapore’s“FutureChina Global Forum”

On August 28, at the invitation of Singapore, the Chongqing delegation went to Singapore and attended the 2018 Special Annual Meeting of the“FutureChina Global Forum”. The Holding of Chongqing Cultural Tourism Promotion Conference in New York

On August 30, Chongqing Cultural Tourism Promotion Conference was held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. More than 150 guests were introduced to Chongqing cultural tourism resources through tourism pictures and advertising videos which showed unique urban scenery, natural scenery and folk customs of Chongqing. Zhang Ming, member of the Standing Committee of the Chongqing Municipal Committee and director of the Publicity Department, attended the conference and delivered a speech, and De Blasio, Mayor of New York City, sent a congratulatory letter to the promotion conference. The Settlement of the World Federation of Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy in Chongqing

On August 24, the World Federation of Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy, Chongqing Tourism Development Commission,Beibei District People’s Government and Benaquam Srl signed a cooperation agreement to establish the first office of the World Federation of Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy in Chongqing of the Asia Pacific region and to form the International Institute of Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy. The Openness of the Air Line between Chongqing and Sihanoukville in Cambodia

In the early morning of August 18, an Airbus A320 passenger plane of JC International Airlines of Cambodia landed at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, marking the official opening of the international air line from Chongqing to Sihanoukville, Cambodia.So far, the international (regional) lines of Chongqing Airport have increased to 73.

The Establishment of the Tourism Development Alliance for the “South Region of Chongqing and North Region of Guizhou”

On August 16, the Tourism Development Alliance for the “South Region of Chongqing and North Region of Guizhou” was established in Tongzi, Guizhou.The alliance was jointly initiated by Qijiang County,Nanchuan District, Wansheng Economic Development Zone of Chongqing and Guizhou Tongzi County Government and its cooperation contents include the project construction, industrial development,tourism marketing and preferential policies. The Acquisition of Chinese Permanent Residence ID Card by Foreign Talents at the Recommendation of Chongqing Free Trade Zone

On August 1, according to the news of the Exit-Entry Administration Division of Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Chinese Singaporean Chen Peiliang and his wife working in the Western Airlines got the “Chinese Green Card” on the same day -- the permanent resident ID card for foreigners. They were the first foreigners who obtained permanent residency status at the recommendation of Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone since the State Immigration Bureau was established on April 2 this year. The card can be used as an identity document in China alone and is also available for professional title evaluation, social insurance and a long-term visa.
