● 新加坡駐成都總領(lǐng)事館在渝舉辦國慶招待會

8月3日，新加坡駐成都總領(lǐng)事館在重慶舉行新加坡國慶招待會。重慶市副市長劉桂平出席并致辭。市政府外事僑務(wù)辦主任吳康明、中新示范項目管理局局長韓寶昌，匈牙利、英國、日本、荷蘭、菲律賓等5國駐渝總領(lǐng)事，以及各界嘉賓共200余人參加。

劉桂平表示，新加坡是重慶對外交往中最重要的亞洲國家之一，隨著中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項目落戶重慶，渝新高層頻繁互動，各項工作穩(wěn)步推進，雙方在金融服務(wù)、航空產(chǎn)業(yè)、交通物流、信息通信、教育醫(yī)療、旅游文化等領(lǐng)域合作取得顯著成效。

新加坡駐成都總領(lǐng)事彭志威表示，新加坡和重慶是“一帶一路”倡議的天然合作伙伴，中新（重慶）互聯(lián)互通項目順利進行，將新渝關(guān)系推上了新的高度。新方期待重慶繼續(xù)大力支持兩國合作項目，深入發(fā)掘合作新機遇，與重慶一起“行千里，致廣大”。

● 張婭茜與香港駐重慶聯(lián)絡(luò)處舉行“居住證申領(lǐng)發(fā)放”工作會談

8月29日，市政府港澳辦副主任張婭茜與香港特區(qū)政府駐重慶聯(lián)絡(luò)處主任蘇紫賢就“港澳臺居民居住證申領(lǐng)發(fā)放辦法”在重慶的具體實施進行座談，市公安局居民身份證制作中心負責人出席。

張婭茜表示，國務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)的《港澳臺居民居住證申領(lǐng)發(fā)放辦法》（以下簡稱《辦法》）9月1日實施，是黨中央、國務(wù)院便利港澳臺居民在內(nèi)地（大陸）學(xué)習(xí)、創(chuàng)業(yè)、就業(yè)和生活的重要文件，重慶市將認真實施，并將適時貫徹落實后續(xù)配套政策。

市公安局居民身份證制作中心負責人介紹，重慶市內(nèi)將設(shè)110個受理點辦理港澳臺居民居住證，證件持有人可在重慶市內(nèi)享受3項權(quán)利、6項基本公共服務(wù)和9項便利。

蘇紫賢表示，香港特區(qū)政府駐重慶聯(lián)絡(luò)處將及時向在渝香港居民宣傳《辦法》，并對《辦法》實施后的申領(lǐng)適用情況進行跟進。

● 馬勇赴市畜牧科學(xué)院調(diào)研

為扎實開展興調(diào)研轉(zhuǎn)作風(fēng)促落實行動，積極落實首屆智博會活動成果，推動烏拉圭外交部長魯?shù)婪颉つ岫鳌ぶZ沃亞一行訪渝期間的有關(guān)工作設(shè)想，8月28日，市政府外事僑務(wù)辦副巡視員馬勇率隊赴市畜牧科學(xué)院開展調(diào)研，與相關(guān)專家就強化烏拉圭與重慶現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展合作，推動重慶農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)成果轉(zhuǎn)化、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品推廣等展開了交流座談。

● 丹麥駐重慶總領(lǐng)館親子游夏令營圓滿結(jié)束

8月18日，為期8天的丹麥親子游夏令營在哥本哈根結(jié)束，也為丹麥駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館主辦的首屆海沃塔杯安徒生童話故事改編大賽系列活動畫上圓滿句號。該賽事于今年4月啟動，全市1000余名報名者通過朗讀、短劇等形式演繹安徒生經(jīng)典童話故事，最終幼兒園組和小學(xué)組各有兩名學(xué)生脫穎而出，受邀赴丹麥參加親子游夏令營，并參加8月15日在丹麥歐登塞博物館舉行的頒獎典禮。

今年是中丹戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系建立10周年，此次親子游夏令營受到丹麥歐登塞媒體的廣泛報道。丹麥駐重慶總領(lǐng)事樂慕勝表示，安徒生童話故事系列活動9月將在貴陽拉開帷幕，10月會在成都舉行。

The Singapore Consulate General in Chengdu Hosted the Singapore National Day Reception in Chongqing

On August 3, the Singapore Consulate General in Chengdu hosted a Singapore National Day reception in Chongqing. Liu Guiping, deputy mayor of Chongqing, attended the event and delivered a speech. Present at the reception are more than 200 guests from all walks of life including Wu Kangming, director of the Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Office of the Municipal Government, Han Baochang, director of the China-Singapore Demonstration Project Management Bureau, and the consuls of Hungary, Britain, Japan, the Netherlands and the Philippines.

Liu Guiping said that Singapore is one of the most important Asian countries in Chongqing’s foreign exchanges.With the successful launch of the China-Singapore (Chongqing)Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity, the high-level executives of both sides have had more frequent interactions and all work have made steady progress. Our cooperation in the fields of aviation industry, transportation and logistics,information and communication, education and medical care,and tourism culture has achieved remarkable results.

Peng Zhiwei, the Consul General of Singapore in Chengdu,said that Singapore and Chongqing are natural partners of the Belt and Road Initiative. The successful launch of the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity has pushed the relationship between Singapore and Chongqing to a new height. Singapore expected that Chongqing would continue to support the cooperation projects between the two countries, further explore new opportunities for cooperation, and go further for a better future together with Chongqing.

Zhang Yaxi and the Hong Kong Liaison Off i ce in Chongqing Held a Working Meeting on the Application for Residence Permit

On August 29, Zhang Yaxi, deputy director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Off i ce of the Municipal Government, and Su Zixian, director of the Liaison Office of the Hong Kong SAR Government in Chongqing, held a discussion on the specific implementation of the “Residence Permit Application and Issuance Methods of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents”. The head in charge of the ID card production center the municipal public security bureau attended the meeting.

Zhang Yaxi said that the “Residence Permit Application and Issuance Methods of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents”(hereinafter referred to as the “Methods”) issued by the General Off i ce of the State Council would be implemented on September 1. It is an important document for the Party Central Committee and the State Council to facilitate the study, entrepreneurship,employment and living of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents in the Mainland. Chongqing Municipality will carry it out conscientiously and implement the follow-up supporting policies in a timely manner.

The head in charge of the ID card production center the municipal public security bureau introduced that there will be 110 acceptance points in Chongqing to apply for residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents. The holders of documents can enjoy 3 rights, 6 basic public services and 9 convenience policies in Chongqing.

Su Zixian said that the Liaison Off i ce of the Hong Kong SAR Government in Chongqing will promptly publicize the Methods to Hong Kong residents in Chongqing and follow up on the application of the Methods after the implementation.

Ma Yong Investigated Chongqing Raising livestock Academy of Science

On August 28, Ma Yong, the deputy inspector of Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Office of the Municipal Government, investigated Chongqing Raising livestock Academy of Science in order to carry out solid research, change working style and take actions, as well as actively consolidate the achievements of the first Smart China Expo, and advance the relevant work plan of the Uruguayan Foreign Minister Rodolfo Nin Novoa during his visit in Chongqing. During his investigation, Ma has held exchanges and discussions with related experts on strengthening the cooperation between Uruguay and Chongqing in modern agricultural development,promoting the transformation of agricultural technology achievements in Chongqing and the promotion of modern agricultural products.

The Parent-child Summer Camp Hosted by the Danish Consulate-General in Chongqing Brought to a Successful Close

On August 18th, the 8-day Danish Parent-child Summer Camp ended in Copenhagen, which has drawn to a successful end for the first iHavruta Cup Hans Christian Andersen’s Fairy Tale Competition hosted by the Danish Consulate General in Chongqing. The event was launched in April this year.More than 1,000 applicants from the city interpreted Andersen’s classic fairy tales in the form of reading and short drama. In the end, two students from the kindergarten group and the primary school group stood out and were invited to Denmark to participate in the parent-child summer camp as well as the awards ceremony held at the Odense Museum in Denmark on August 15th.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the establishment of China-Denmark strategic partnership. The summer camp for parent-child travel has been widely reported by the Odense media in Denmark. Le Musheng,the Danish Consul General in Chongqing, said that the new Andersen fairy tale series activities will begin in Guiyang in September and will be held in Chengdu in October.
