[摘要] 目的 探討聯(lián)合應(yīng)用丙種球蛋白和營(yíng)養(yǎng)心肌湯治療小兒川崎病的臨床效果。 方法 方便收集該院2016年1月—2018年1月小兒川崎病患兒80例為研究對(duì)象，分為常規(guī)組40例和聯(lián)合組40例，常規(guī)組給予丙種球蛋白治療，聯(lián)合組則予以丙種球蛋白和營(yíng)養(yǎng)心肌湯治療。比較兩組患者的治療結(jié)果。 結(jié)果 聯(lián)合組療效為100.00%，明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組的效率75.00%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（χ2=8.922，P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療后聯(lián)合組TNF-Α（1.55±0.23）ng/mL、IL-6（61.10±2.16）pg/mL、CD4+（46.18±6.77）%、CD8+（40.22±6.21）%、Hs-CRP（7.11±1.02）mg/L、VEGF（30.52±1.57）pg/L優(yōu)于常規(guī)組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。聯(lián)合組充血、皮疹、淋巴結(jié)腫大、手腳硬腫、體溫升高癥狀消失時(shí)間優(yōu)于常規(guī)組，且聯(lián)合組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率15.00%和常規(guī)組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率17.50%比較，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（χ2=0.121，P>0.05）。結(jié)論丙種球蛋白和營(yíng)養(yǎng)心肌湯治療小兒川崎病的療效確切。

Clinical Effect of Combined Application of Gamma Globulin and Nutritive Myocardial Soup in the Treatment of Children with Kawasaki Disease

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effects of combined application of gamma globulin and nutritive myocardial soup in the treatment of children with Kawasaki disease. Methods Eighty children with convenient election Kawasaki disease from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in the hospital. Twenty patients were routinely divided into routine group and in the combined group，with 40 cases in each groups. The conventional group received gamma globulin therapy， and the combined group received gamma globulin and nutritional myocardial soup. Comparing results of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 100.00%， which was significantly better than the clinical effective rate of the control group by 75.00%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （χ2=8.922， P<0.05）. After treatment， the combined group TNF-α（1.55±0.23） ng/mL， IL-6 （61.10±2.16） pg/mL， CD4+ （46.18±6.77）%， CD8+ （40.22±6.21）%， Hs-CRP （7.11±1.02） mg/L and VEGF（30.52±1.57） pg/L were superior to the conventional group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The combined group had congestion， rash， swollen lymph nodes， swollen hands and feet， and elevated temperature. The symptoms disappeared better than the conventional group， and the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 15.00% and the incidence of adverse reactions in the conventional group was 17.50%，and the difference was not statistically significant（χ2=0.121， P>0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of gamma globulin and nutrient myocardial soup in the treatment of children with Kawasaki disease is exact.

綜上所述，丙種球蛋白和營(yíng)養(yǎng)心肌湯治療小兒川崎病的療效確切，可更好改善患兒的TNF-α、IL-6、CD4+、CD8+、Hs-CRP、VEGF水平，值得推廣應(yīng)用。
