金融塔項(xiàng)目位于胡志明市中心,西貢河畔,包括一棟68層的辦公大樓和一個(gè)購(gòu)物中心。金融塔被水景包圍,其輪廓像一朵蓮花。門內(nèi)的直升機(jī)平臺(tái)外伸25米,像一片花瓣。造型由復(fù)雜的幾何形狀組成,傾斜的圓柱體在外立面處收回,玻璃模塊呈曲線形并分段設(shè)置。在夜間,白色燈光可以凸顯其雕塑般的質(zhì)感,突出了垂直的葉子、平臺(tái)的底部和塔頂。
咖啡館設(shè)有室外露臺(tái)和花崗巖長(zhǎng)椅,與樹木一道點(diǎn)綴著廣場(chǎng)。這棟建筑座落在西貢河畔市中心地區(qū)的三條街道的交界處,即Hai Trieu街、 Ho Tung Mau街和Ngo Duc Ke 街。
項(xiàng)目設(shè)有三層地下停車場(chǎng)、一個(gè)位于五樓的零售平臺(tái)和一個(gè)有蓋的中庭,頂部是辦公區(qū)。頂部18層設(shè)有全景餐廳、VIP酒吧和13層貴賓辦公空間。
辦公室用雙人間電梯通過呼叫分組系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行管理,以最大限度地縮短電梯等待時(shí)間。直達(dá)電梯服務(wù)將地面與公共VIP樓層相聯(lián)系,公共VIP層與第50層的平臺(tái)組合在一起,公眾可在此參觀,欣賞城市及河流的獨(dú)特景觀。
技術(shù)設(shè)施位于第29層、第30層和頂層。位于購(gòu)物中心下方的技術(shù)樓層用于放置冷卻塔,設(shè)在若干地下室樓層的技術(shù)樓層用于放置發(fā)電機(jī)、加熱油和水箱。
項(xiàng)目力求現(xiàn)代和傳統(tǒng)之間達(dá)到一種平衡。塔的設(shè)計(jì)突出了高度現(xiàn)代化的建筑形象。立面使用木百葉窗實(shí)現(xiàn)遮陽(yáng),通過材料選擇和圖案設(shè)計(jì),呼應(yīng)了越南傳統(tǒng)編織藝術(shù)中對(duì)天然材料的組合使用。塔周圍的百葉窗尺寸不一,由不銹鋼水平葉片和桿組成。核心部分密度較大,采用白色絲網(wǎng)印刷技術(shù)以便于區(qū)分上升的垂直葉片。
該項(xiàng)目由一個(gè)國(guó)際化團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)推進(jìn),旨在創(chuàng)建一座旗艦建筑,成為未來越南高層建筑的基準(zhǔn)。
Located in downtown Ho Chi Minh city, near the Saigon River, the programme includes a 68-storey office building with a shopping mall in its base. The outline of the tower, which is surrounded by a water feature,is reminiscent of a lotus flower. The platform of helicopters in door with forgery of 25 m reminds a petal of flower. The shape consists of a complex geometry, oblique cylinders taken back in facade with glass modules in curve and segmented. Its plastic aspect is strengthened at night by a white lighting which emphasizes the vertical leaf, the soffite of the platform and the pinnacle of the tower.
Cafés with outdoor terraces, granite benches and trees dot the esplanade. The building is located at the intersection of three thoroughfares: Hai Trieu, Ho Tung Mau and Ngo Duc Ke streets, near the Saigon river right in the city centre.
The programme features three levels of basement parking, a retail podium on five floors and a covered atrium, topped off by the office block. The top 18 floors have a panoramic restaurant, a VIP bar, and 13 floors of prestige office space.
Elevators with double cabins serving officesare managed by a system of grouping of call to minimize the waiting times. An express service connects the ground with the public VIP levels grouped with the platform situated in the 50th floor. They offer to the general public a visit and a unique view on the city and its river.Technical facilities are located on the 29th and 30th floors and at the very top. Technical floor space has also been created beneath the shopping mall to house the cooling towers, and on several basement levels to house generators, heating oil and water tanks.
The programme observes a careful balance between modernity and tradition. The tower’s design projects a highly contemporary image. The use of wood shutters acting as sun screens on the fa?ade echoes the traditional arts of weaving and assembling natural products through the choice of materials and their patterning. These shutters, the size of which varies around the tower, are constituted by horizontal blades and stalks in stainless steel. They are denser in the heart, indicated by a white screenprinting which allows to differentiate the vertical leaf in rise.
A future benchmark for high-rise construction in Vietnam, the project is being taken forward by an international team, intent on creating a flagship building.
