擁有2500員工的日建設(shè)計(jì)涵蓋了包括規(guī)劃及城市策略、建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)備、土木及地下空間等涉及領(lǐng)域中的各個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)，自80年代初以來(lái)在中國(guó)已經(jīng)完成了上百個(gè)項(xiàng)目。作為一個(gè)世界最大級(jí)的綜合性設(shè)計(jì)公司，發(fā)揮眾多個(gè)體的智慧，多樣性的創(chuàng)造力是我們組織一直保持其創(chuàng)新活力的源泉。

在日建設(shè)計(jì)的120年的歷程中，經(jīng)歷了整個(gè)日本城市化發(fā)展的崛起和波折，這些實(shí)踐的總結(jié)對(duì)于今日中國(guó)突飛猛進(jìn)的疾速發(fā)展來(lái)說(shuō)，兩者的結(jié)合將會(huì)成為未來(lái)中國(guó)的一條新途徑。在這樣的平臺(tái)上，眾多擁有個(gè)性的年輕設(shè)計(jì)師們根據(jù)其不同的特長(zhǎng)靈活組成的設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)，可以針對(duì)各種復(fù)雜的城市課題提供最為有效的各類(lèi)解決方案。

這次我們從最近幾年在中國(guó)實(shí)踐的一系列作品中，分別選出了公共空間的營(yíng)造、智慧與技術(shù)的應(yīng)用、TOD與城市更新等3大主題。

希望通過(guò)同一時(shí)代中不同設(shè)計(jì)師的這些形式迥異的作品，能夠?qū)χ袊?guó)城市的未來(lái)引出一些廣泛的且可實(shí)施性的解答。

NIKKEN SEKKEI with 2,500 employees covers various fields including planning,urban strategy, architecture, structural equipment, civil engineering, underground space and so on. Hundreds of projects have been completed in China since the early 1980s. As one of the world’s largest comprehensive design companies,our organization has always maintained its innovative vitality by giving full play to the wisdom of individuals and the diversity of creativity.

In the course of 120 years of NIKKEN SEKKEI, it has experienced the rise and twist of urbanization in Japan. The combination of the summary of these practices and the rapid development of China today will become a new way for China in the future. Many young designers with personality can flexibly form the design team according to their different strengths on such a platform, which can provide the most effective solutions for various complex urban issues.

This time we selected three themes: the construction of public space, the application of intelligence and technology, TOD and urban regeneration from a series of works that have been practiced in China in recent years.

We hope that through the works of very different forms from different designers in the same era, we can draw some broad and practical answers to the future of Chinese cities.
