母親節(jié)到了,熊寶Linda和Max打算給熊媽媽一個驚喜,想要為媽媽做一頓美味的晚餐。為此,她們還找來了熊爸爸幫忙。熊媽媽會開心嗎?Let’s read the story.
It is Mother’s Day.
But Mum is out today.
“Let’s give Mum a surprise,” says Linda.
“Great! But what to do?” asks Max.
“How about making a great dinner?” suggests Linda.
“Sure, but we need Dad’s help,” says Max.
Linda and Max tell their plan(計劃) to Dad.
“Can you help us?” ask Linda and Max.
“OK. Let’s go shopping,” says Dad.
They arrive at(到達) the supermarket.
“Mum likes fish,” says Linda.
“And she likes beef,” says Dad.
They buy beef and fish.
They buy fruit and vegetable.
“These tomatoes look so fresh,” says Dad.
Linda chooses(挑選) some apples.
Max says, “Mum likes apples.”
Dad says, “Well, that’s everything for dinner.”
They pass(經(jīng)過) a flower shop.
“I see something else we might like,” says Linda.
Dad smiles, “Shall we get some flowers?”
“Yes, Mum likes flowers,” says Linda.
So Dad buys a bunch of(一束) flowers.
They get home.
Linda and Max clean the food.
Dad cooks the food.
And they put the flowers into the vase.
“But we still need something else,” says Linda.
“What’s that?” asks Max.
“The card,” says Linda.
So they make a Mother’s Day card.
And they draw on the card.
