Bear dreams to be a magician(魔術(shù)師).
He says bracabralamasa, trickylumos and Reparo.
But nothing happens.
Bear is sad.
“What’s the matter, Bear?” asks Rabbit.
“None of my magic words works(奏效),” says Bear.
Rabbit shows Bear one book.
The name of the book is Magic Words.
“Maybe this can help you,” says Rabbit.
Bear opens the book.
The book is filled with words.
These words are: Please, Thank you, I’m sorry and so on.
Are these words magic?
Bear says these words.
Oh, nothing happens.
One day, Bear sees Squirrel.
Squirrel is reading a book.
The name of the book is Magic Tricks.
“That’s what I need!” says Bear.
“I’m reading it. I can’t give it to you,” says Squirrel.
“You’re selfish(自私的),” says Bear.
Bear goes home.
He reads Rabbit’s book Magic Words again.
“That isn’t very nice of me,” thinks Bear.
Bear finds Squirrel again.
“I’m sorry,” says Bear.
“When you finish your book, may I borrow it, please?”
“Of course,” says Squirrel.
“Thank you,” says Bear.
The words I’m sorry, Please, and Thank you are really magic.
Squirrel’s book works.
Bear learns a lot of magic tricks.
He can play a lot of magic.
“Both books are magic,” says Bear.
