三、餐飲禮儀

1.穿著得體，不大聲喧嘩。西方人去參觀或吃飯，往往比較注意自己的儀表，因?yàn)檫@些地方被認(rèn)為是正式的社交場(chǎng)合。所以，一般正式的飯局穿著都比較正式。自己家人或朋友吃飯當(dāng)然也比較隨意，但是不能隨便。穿著一定要整潔，不可太過(guò)外露。西方的飯店、咖啡館環(huán)境幽雅，一般都有背景音樂(lè)播放。顧客說(shuō)話聲音很小，只有談話者雙方聽(tīng)到即可。因此，我們?nèi)?guó)外參觀或吃飯，一定要注意衣著整潔，輕聲說(shuō)話。

2.在正餐就座之前，男士們要站在椅子后面，直到女士們就座。

3.在一些家庭中，飯前要做祈禱或“祝?！?。客人可以加入或保持沉默。

4.餐巾放在大腿上。在比較正式的場(chǎng)合，客人要等主人將餐巾放在膝蓋上自己再放餐巾。

5.在比較正式的場(chǎng)合，所有用餐者都到齊才能開(kāi)飯。并且要等到主人拿起叉子或勺子后才開(kāi)始進(jìn)餐。

6.餐具輕拿輕放。吃西餐時(shí)，不要讓刀、叉與盆、碟相碰發(fā)出響聲。吃飯、喝湯時(shí)最好也不要發(fā)出聲音。如果不習(xí)慣使用刀、叉，可以要求招待為你換雙筷子。國(guó)外的餐廳中一般都為顧客準(zhǔn)備了筷子，比較周到。特別注意，在英美國(guó)家，不可以用自己的筷子為別人添菜，更不應(yīng)把自己盤(pán)子里的菜分給別人，除非你還沒(méi)有動(dòng)過(guò)。

7.如果你很難用叉子拿到食物，那么用一小塊面包或小刀來(lái)幫助。千萬(wàn)不要用手指。

8.只能稱(chēng)贊餐桌上的食物美味，切不可說(shuō)餐桌上的食物不好。

9.去洗手間時(shí)，只說(shuō)“Excuse me”或“Excuse me， I'll be right back.”，而“I am going to the restroom.”是千萬(wàn)不能說(shuō)的。

10.當(dāng)你吃完飯后，把所有用過(guò)的餐具一起放在盤(pán)子的右邊，叉子向上。這樣服務(wù)員就知道你吃完了。不要把舊餐具放在桌子上。

11.當(dāng)你暫時(shí)離開(kāi)時(shí)，把餐巾放在椅子上。飯后離開(kāi)餐桌時(shí)，把用過(guò)的餐巾松弛地放在餐盤(pán)左邊的桌子上。

12.結(jié)賬時(shí)要付小費(fèi)。在美國(guó)的大多餐館，客人吃完飯是要付小費(fèi)的。一般情況下，小費(fèi)是其餐費(fèi)的 15%左右。給小費(fèi)時(shí)要注意，一般是將小費(fèi)放入收款盤(pán)中，而不是直接遞到招待手中，這樣顯得不尊重對(duì)方。另外，給小費(fèi)時(shí)，說(shuō)話要客氣，不能說(shuō)“Here is the tip.”，只說(shuō)

“Here is the bill， keep the change， please.”就行了。

四、餐館常用對(duì)話

Dialogue 1 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)預(yù)定

WAITER： Good evening， sir. My pleasure to serve you. Do you have a reservation？

晚上好，先生，很樂(lè)意為您服務(wù)。請(qǐng)問(wèn)您訂位了嗎？

CUSTOMER： No， I am afraid we don’t.

沒(méi)有。

WAITER： I'm sorry. The restaurant is full now. You have to wait for about half an hour. Would you mind having a drink at the lounge until a table is available？

很抱歉，餐廳已經(jīng)滿(mǎn)座了。大約要等30分鐘才會(huì)有空桌。你們介意在休息室喝點(diǎn)東西直至有空桌嗎？

CUSTOMER： No，thanks. We'll come back later. May I reserve a table for two？

不用了，謝謝。我們等一會(huì)兒再來(lái)。請(qǐng)?zhí)嫖覀冾A(yù)定一張二人桌，可以嗎？

WAITER： Yes， of course. May I have your name and you telephone number， sir？

當(dāng)然可以。請(qǐng)問(wèn)先生貴姓？可以留個(gè)聯(lián)系方式嗎？

CUSTOMER： James. By the way. Can we have a table by the window？

詹姆斯。勞駕，我們可以要一張靠近窗口的桌子嗎？

WAITER： We'll try to arrange it but I can't guarantee， sir.

我們會(huì)盡量安排，但不能保證，先生。

CUSTOMER： That's fine.

好的。

WAITER： Your table is ready， sir. Please step this way.

Dialogue 2 餐廳早餐

WAITER： Good morning. What can I do for you， sir？

早上好，先生，您要來(lái)點(diǎn)什么？

CUSTOMER： What do you have this morning？

今天早上你們這兒有什么？

WAITER： Fruit juice， cakes and refreshments， and everything.

果汁、糕點(diǎn)、各種茶點(diǎn)等等，應(yīng)有盡有。

CUSTOMER： I'd like to have a glass of tomato juice， please.

請(qǐng)給我來(lái)一杯西紅柿汁。

WAITER： Any cereal， sir？

要來(lái)點(diǎn)谷類(lèi)食品嗎，先生？

CUSTOMER： Yes， a dish of cream of wheat.

好的，來(lái)一份麥片粥。

WAITER： And eggs？

還要來(lái)點(diǎn)雞蛋什么的嗎？

CUSTOMER： Yeah， bacon and eggs with buttered toast. I like my bacon very crisp.

要，再來(lái)一份熏豬肉加雞蛋黃油吐司，我喜歡熏豬肉松脆一點(diǎn)。

WAITER： How do you want your eggs？

您喜歡雞蛋怎么做？

CUSTOMER： Fried， please.

WAITER： Anything more， sir？

CUSTOMER： No， that's enough. Thank you.

Dialogue 3 餐廳正餐

CUSTOMER 1： Can we see the menu， please？

能讓我們看一看菜單嗎？

WAITER： Here you are.

給您。

CUSTOMER 1： What's good today？

今天有什么好吃的？

WAITER： I recommend crispy and fried duck.

我推薦香酥鴨。

CUSTOMER 1： We don't want that. Well， perhaps we'll begin with mushroom soup， and followed by some seafood and chips.

我們不想吃香酥鴨。或許我們可以先吃蘑菇湯，然后再要點(diǎn)海鮮和土豆片。

WAITER： Do you want any dessert？

要甜品嗎？

CUSTOMER 1： No dessert， thanks. Just coffee.

CUSTOMER 1： Hi， friend. I think I can have the check now， please.

Dialogue 4 賓館訂餐

WAITER： Good morning. Can I help you？

CUSTOMER： I want an American breakfast with fried eggs， sunny side up.

我想要一份美式早餐，要單面煎的雞蛋。

WAITER： What kind of juice do you prefer， sir？

您想要哪種果汁呢？

CUSTOMER： Grapefruit juice and please make my coffee very strong.

西柚汁，還有，我要杯特濃咖啡。

WAITER： Yes， sir. American breakfast with fried eggs， sunny side up， grapefruit juice and a black coffee. Am I correct， sir？
