二、參賽范圍

在華外籍人士

三、參賽要求

1. 參賽作品須為英文原創(chuàng)，內(nèi)容不違反中國相關(guān)法律法規(guī)。

2. 作品主題：慶祝新中國成立70周年，跨文化交流和我的中國故事，可以任選主題。

3. 字數(shù)：1500—3000字。歡迎使用清晰度較高的相關(guān)圖片1—3張，并對圖片作簡要文字說明。

4. 所有參賽作品，均需備注作者姓名（全稱）、性別、年齡、國籍、目前所在學校（單位）、詳細地址、郵編，以及本人或所在學校（單位）聯(lián)系人的具體聯(lián)系電話（手機），否則視為無效。

5. 歡迎同時提交英文作品的中文翻譯版。

6. 作品發(fā)表或出版：優(yōu)秀作品將有機會在《國際人才交流》雜志、《中國日報》《人民日報·海外版》等發(fā)表，并有機會結(jié)集出版。

7. 《國際人才交流》雜志對參賽作品擁有報紙、雜志、圖書、網(wǎng)絡的編輯、出版、發(fā)布權(quán)。

四、參賽形式

1. 提交作品：請將作品發(fā)送至郵箱article@icctest.net，作品提交截稿至2019年8月31日。

2. 發(fā)布評選結(jié)果：2019年9月公示獲獎名單。

五、大賽獎勵

頒獎典禮擬于2019年9月舉行。

1. 一等獎3名。頒發(fā)榮譽證書，獎勵人民幣1000元或等值獎品。

2. 二等獎10名。頒發(fā)榮譽證書，獎勵人民幣500元或等值獎品。

3. 三等獎20名。頒發(fā)榮譽證書，獎勵人民幣200元或等值獎品。

4. 優(yōu)秀獎30名。頒發(fā)榮譽證書。

B. Scope of Participants:

All Foreigners in China

C. Entry Requirements:

1. Entries shall be original English works, and shall not violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations.

2. Theme of works: “Intercultural Communication” or “My Chinese Story”.

3. Recommended length: 1,500-3,000 words. Welcome submission of 1-3 pictures of high resolution and a brief description of each.

4. All entries must include the author’s name （full name）, gender, age,nationality, current company, detailed address, zip code, and the contact number （cell phone） of the author or a Chinese colleague of the author.Otherwise, the entry is deemed invalid.

5. Welcome to submit a Chinese translation of English works.

6. Publication plan: Excellent works will be given an opportunity to be published in International Talent, China Daily, People’s Daily Overseas Edition, etc., and also potentially be published as a collection.

7. International Talent reserves the right to edit and publish the entries in related newspapers, magazines, books and on the website.

D. Entry Form:

1. Submission: Please email entries to “article@icctest.net” before August 31, 2019.

2. Result notification: The list of award winners will be published at the end of September 2019.

E. Awards:

The award ceremony is scheduled for September 2019.

1. First-prize winners （top 3） , each awarded a certificate of honor and RMB1,000 （or equivalent） ;

2. Second-prize winners （10） , each awarded a certificate of honor and RMB500 （or equivalent） ;

3. Third-prize winners （20） , each awarded a certificate of honor and RMB200 （or equivalent） ;

4. Excellence-prize winners （30） , each awarded a certificate of honor.
