【摘 要】針對當(dāng)前新技術(shù)層出不窮、快速迭代的產(chǎn)業(yè)實際，指出目前地方應(yīng)用型高校計算機類專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式存在的不足，從產(chǎn)業(yè)實際需求、校企協(xié)同、校企共建專業(yè)、實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)等幾個方面研究新型的人才培養(yǎng)模式。在校企深度融合的背景下，形成了以信息產(chǎn)業(yè)及教育政策、本地區(qū)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)實際、和高校專業(yè)建設(shè)為三個支點，以培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才為最終目標(biāo)的人才培養(yǎng)模式?，F(xiàn)已取得良好的實施效果。

Exploration on the Innovation Training mode of Computer Majors Integrated with School and Enterprise

【Abstract】In view of the current booming information technology industry， we point out the disadvantages in the talent cultivating model of computer-related specialties in local application-oriented universities. We investigate on novel talent cultivating model from various perspectives， including actual needs of the industry， university-enterprise cooperation， university-enterprise joint construction of specialties， and training base construction. Under the background of deep integration of universities and enterprises， we achieve the talent cultivation model with the three points of support （information-technology-industry-and-education policies， ?the reality of the information technology industry in the local region， and the professional construction of colleges and universities） and one ultimate goal （cultivating innovative talents）. The proposed model has been proved to be efficient in practice.

1 研究背景與意義

1.1 研究背景

《中共中央關(guān)于制定國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展第十三個五年規(guī)劃的建議》明確指出：“到二〇二〇年工業(yè)化和信息化融合發(fā)展水平進一步提高，產(chǎn)業(yè)邁向中高端水平?！比绾畏e極探索和創(chuàng)新IT人才培養(yǎng)模式，培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”時代需求的、具有國際競爭力的、多樣性多元化的計算機專業(yè)高端應(yīng)用型/技能型人才，已經(jīng)成為應(yīng)用型高校相關(guān)專業(yè)面臨的一個緊迫課題。

1.2 國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀述評

當(dāng)前我國高端應(yīng)用型和技能型人才的缺乏，已經(jīng)成為限制經(jīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的短板。眾多企業(yè)面臨應(yīng)用型人才、尤其是高端應(yīng)用型人才嚴(yán)重短缺的問題[1-2]。應(yīng)用型本科教育是當(dāng)今世界高等教育發(fā)展的一種重要趨勢。從全球視角來看，現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出某些新的特點，諸如研究成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化的速度明顯加快、科技成果深度滲透入社會的各個領(lǐng)域，等等。發(fā)展應(yīng)用型本科教育，是高等教育順應(yīng)此類趨勢的重要措施[3]。

總體來看，目前我國多數(shù)地方應(yīng)用型本科高校計算機類專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)模式仍處于較低層次的校企協(xié)同狀態(tài)[4]。校企合作的廣度和深度還不能滿足社會發(fā)展的具體需求[5-6]。與此同時，區(qū)域經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級對計算機類人才需求帶來了新變化。目前，濰坊市已經(jīng)首批進入山東省“智慧城市”試點城市的行列，地方經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展激發(fā)了對高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型IT人才的大量需求。

1.3 研究意義

本文針對地方應(yīng)用型本科高校計算機類專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的新模式進行研究，力求使地方高校主動適應(yīng)區(qū)域IT產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級，有效提升IT專業(yè)人才的綜合素質(zhì)和應(yīng)用能力。探索如何加強地方高校與區(qū)域行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)群的聯(lián)系，提高對地方經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的參與度與貢獻率。

2 主要目標(biāo)

建設(shè)以計算機科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè)為核心、具備先進教育理念、產(chǎn)學(xué)深度融合、具備鮮明區(qū)域特色、就業(yè)率較高的計算機類專業(yè)群。

專業(yè)群內(nèi)各專業(yè)在教學(xué)內(nèi)容與課程體系、教學(xué)環(huán)境、教學(xué)方法與手段、產(chǎn)學(xué)結(jié)合、師資力量、培養(yǎng)模式、教學(xué)管理、人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量等方面取得較高的社會美譽度。
