[摘要] 目的 通過對患者實施不同的管理方案，探究不同管理方案的護理效果。方法 該研究對象均為該院神經(jīng)外科在2017年1月—2019年3月期間收治的88例患者，根據(jù)數(shù)字隨機方式分為對照組與觀察組，各44例，對照組以常規(guī)的管理措施進行，觀察組給予神經(jīng)外科護理風險管理模式進行，同時將護理滿意度和護理缺陷事件作為觀察指標，并進行統(tǒng)計對比。結(jié)果 觀察組經(jīng)過護理后，非常滿意27例，一般滿意15例，不滿意2例，護理滿意度為95.45%顯著高于對照組，比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（χ2=14.374，P<0.05）;觀察組液體外滲2例，墜床1例，意外脫管1例，跌倒2例，壓瘡0例，其護理缺陷事件發(fā)生率13.64%顯著低于對照組，比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（χ2=15.306，P<0.05）。結(jié)論 對于神經(jīng)外科的患者采取護理風險管理效果肯定，不僅改善護理滿意度，減少護理缺陷事件的發(fā)生，還能夠有效緩解患者生活質(zhì)量。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the nursing effects of different management schemes by implementing different management schemes for patients. Methods The subjects of this study were 88 patients treated in the hospital from January 2017 to March 2019. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the numbers， with 44 cases in the control group. The control group used routine measures， and the observation group was given the risk management model of neurosurgical nursing. At the same time， the nursing satisfaction and nursing defect events were used as observation indicators， and statistical comparison was performed. Results After observation， 27 patients in the observation group were very satisfied， 15 patients were generally satisfied， and 2 patients were dissatisfied. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.45% significantly higher than that of the control group， with a statistically significant difference（χ2=14.374， P<0.05）; 2 cases of fluid extravasation in the observation group， 1 case of falling bed， 1 case of accidental detubation， 2 cases of fall， and 0 cases of pressure ulcer. The incidence of nursing defect events was 13.64% significantly lower than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=15.306， P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of nursing risk management for neurosurgery patients is positive， not only improving nursing satisfaction， reducing the occurrence of nursing defects， but also effectively alleviating the quality of life of patients.

神經(jīng)外科患者在護理過程存在風險因素，護理人員工作繁瑣，長期處于緊張狀態(tài)，影響患者生命健康，提高護理風險[1-3]。護理風險管理可以評估和識別護理工作中存在的危險因素，積極預(yù)防，保障患者健康安全。通過在神經(jīng)外科護理過程中進行風險管理，能夠很好地規(guī)避日常護理過程中，重點護理過程中相關(guān)風險操作因素，從而改善患者住院環(huán)境。為進一步探析護理風險管理對神經(jīng)外科護理缺陷與護理滿意度的影響，該研究將2017年1月—2019年3月到該院診治的神經(jīng)外科患者中隨機抽取88例，分為兩組，實施不同的護理管理方案，獲得效果差異顯著，具體報道如下。
