[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing intervention on blood glucose regulation in patients with diabetic foot after amputation. Methods A total of 122 patients with diabetic foot who were treated with amputation in the hospital were selected to carry out this trial. The enrollment time was from April 2018 to April 2019. 61 cases in each group. Among them, the reference group was given routine clinical nursing intervention, and the research group was given comprehensive clinical nursing intervention to compare the blood glucose control and adverse psychological improvement of the two groups of patients. Results The fasting blood glucose index and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose index of the two groups of patients before nursing were basically the same(P>0.05). The fasting blood glucose index and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose index of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05) ; The SAS score and SDS score of the two groups of patients before nursing were basically the same(P>0.05), and the SAS score and SDS score of the patients in the study group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive clinical nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with diabetic foot undergoing amputation can effectively regulate the blood glucose level of the patient, significantly improve the adverse mood of the patient, and improve the overall prognosis.
