勵(lì)展博覽集團(tuán)制定一攬子防疫方案
8月底,勵(lì)展博覽集團(tuán)推出了一系列會(huì)展防疫措施,幫助主辦方和場(chǎng)館確保展商和觀眾的安全,推動(dòng)會(huì)展活動(dòng)重啟。這些防疫措施由勵(lì)展集團(tuán)奧地利分公司STANDout編制,該公司是會(huì)展設(shè)計(jì)搭建領(lǐng)域的知名企業(yè)。
基于這些措施和勵(lì)展近日出臺(tái)的《新常態(tài)下勵(lì)展博覽會(huì)框架》的相關(guān)規(guī)定,勵(lì)展博覽集團(tuán)的每個(gè)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)都可以結(jié)合展會(huì)所在國(guó)家的具體情況,制定符合當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)的展會(huì)防疫措施,全力確保員工和展會(huì)客戶的健康。
Reed Exhibitions STANDout launches COVID safeguard range
Reed Exhibitions has developed a comprehensive range of COVID-19 safeguards and precautionary measures to help organisers and venues ensure the safety of their customers as trade exhibitions and events reopen for business. The COVID safeguard range has been developed by STANDout, a subsidiary of Reed Exhibitions in Austria, where it leads the market in the design, manufacture and installation of exhibitions stands and related products and materials. The range is being made available to all Reed Exhibitions event teams who are deploying COVID-19 safeguards in line with the companys recently published framework on ‘Reed Exhibitions Events in the New Normal, a robust programme of measures to support the health and safety of all attendees and employees. The COVID Safeguard range is also available to third party organisers.

9月22日,國(guó)際展覽業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)(UFI) 公布德國(guó)科隆展覽為2020年UFI運(yùn)營(yíng)和服務(wù)獎(jiǎng)的獲得者。該獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)旨在獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)在展覽行業(yè)中通過(guò)提升客戶參會(huì)體驗(yàn)的最佳案例??坡≌褂[獲此殊榮的大規(guī)模電子信息顯示屏項(xiàng)目,不僅有強(qiáng)大的視覺(jué)表現(xiàn)力,還能與智能通信系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合。其靈活的信息系統(tǒng)將路向指示、資訊發(fā)布和廣告宣傳功能融為一體。此項(xiàng)目也是建立在長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系上共同研發(fā)的成果。評(píng)審團(tuán)表示,這個(gè)實(shí)例為會(huì)展行業(yè)展示了新的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并提升了人們參加貿(mào)易展覽的體驗(yàn)。
Koelnmesse wins the UFI Operations and Services Award 2020
On 22th September, UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, has named Koelnmesse as the winner of the UFI Operations and Services Award 2020.
The UFI Operations and Services Award rewards the best exhibition industry cooperation that enhances customer experience. With its large-scale digital signage project, Koelnmesse focused not only on a strong visual presence but combined it with an intelligent digital communication system. The flexible information system combines Wayfinding, Infotainment and Advertising. The project was a joint development together with long-term strategic partnerships.
UFI調(diào)研展會(huì)停辦對(duì)展商的消極影響
9月初,UFI和Explori公司聯(lián)合發(fā)起的一項(xiàng)行業(yè)調(diào)查顯示,三分之二的參展企業(yè)表示展會(huì)停辦對(duì)自身業(yè)務(wù)有重大影響,削弱了他們樹(shù)立品牌知名度的能力;其中,高達(dá)二分之一的企業(yè)表示“嚴(yán)重削弱”了這方面的能力。90%的企業(yè)表示,在滿足商務(wù)需求方面,線上活動(dòng)等替代方案不如實(shí)體活動(dòng)有效。

Missing exhibitions have negative impact on exhibiting companies
Two thirds of those who exhibit at business events report that their cancellation has had a notable detrimental impact on their business, reducing their ability to build brand awareness with their target markets. Half of businesses expressed this impact as being“very large”. This is one of the interim findings of a recent study conducted by live events research specialists, Explori in partnership with UFI, the global association of the exhibition industry and supported by SISO. 50% of companies told researchers that the absence of live events was negatively affecting their ability to generate new business.
