●Beijing Music Festival Holds Concerts to Celebrate5 Beethoven

A series of concerts are being on at the Poly Theater to mark the 250th anniversary of Beethovens birth during the Beijing Music Festival (BMF).
According to Zou Shuang, the artistic6 director of BMF, she staged all three concerts with 10 young musicians born after 1990, the youngest, 15 years old, at a time when most music festivals have been put off or canceled7 due to the COVID-19. It? adds8 to the meaning of the music festival. “It is time to allow the world to see Chinas new music power9,” she said.
保利劇院在北京音樂節(jié)(BMF)期間舉行了一系列音樂會,紀(jì)念貝多芬誕辰250周年。
據(jù)BMF藝術(shù)總監(jiān)鄒爽(音)介紹,在新冠疫情導(dǎo)致大部分音樂節(jié)延期或取消的時候,她與1990年后出生的十位年輕音樂家共同舉辦了三場音樂會,年齡最小的15歲,這也讓音樂節(jié)更有意義。她說:“現(xiàn)在是時候讓世界見證中國的音樂新生力量了?!?/p>
