[摘要] 目的 探討血站獻(xiàn)血服務(wù)中通過整體護(hù)理對報(bào)廢率及不良反應(yīng)的干預(yù)效果。方法 于2018年1月—2019年1月，便利選擇400名無償獻(xiàn)血者作為研究對象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法，隨機(jī)分為每組200名，對照組施行常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組施行整體護(hù)理，比較兩組的血液標(biāo)本報(bào)廢率、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率、舒適度評分、心理狀況評分、護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果 觀察組血液標(biāo)本報(bào)廢率0.00%低于對照組3.00%（χ2=4.230，P<0.05）。觀察組的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率1.00%低于對照組4.50%（χ2=4.581，P<0.05）。護(hù)理后，觀察組的舒適度評分與對照組相比更高（t=11.947，P<0.05），觀察組的SAS、SDS評分與對照組相比均更低（t=9.376、10.779，P<0.05）。護(hù)理總滿意率觀察組99.00%與對照組95.50%相比更高（χ2=4.581，P<0.05）。結(jié)論 整體護(hù)理用于血站無償獻(xiàn)血者獻(xiàn)血過程中，可切實(shí)減少采血過程中的不良反應(yīng)情況，減少血液標(biāo)本報(bào)廢情況，有利于提高無償獻(xiàn)血者的舒適度，改善其心理狀況，提升其護(hù)理滿意度。

Research on the Value of Obsolescence Rate and Adverse Reaction Through Holistic Nursing in Blood Donation Service of Blood Station

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention on the rejection rate and adverse reactions in the blood donation service of blood stations. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019， 400 unpaid blood donors were conveniently selected as the research objects， and according to the random number table method， they were randomly divided into 200 cases in each group. The control group received routine care and the observation group received holistic care. Comparison of the blood sample rejection rate， adverse reaction rate， comfort score， psychological status score， and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The 0.00% rejection rate of blood samples in the observation group was lower than 3.00% in the control group （χ2=4.230， P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.00% lower than that in the control group 4.50% （χ2=4.581， P<0.05）. After nursing， the comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （t=11.947， P<0.05）， and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （t=9.376， 10.779， P<0.05）. The overall nursing satisfaction rate of 99.00% in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 95.50%（χ2=4.581， P<0.05）. Conclusion The use of holistic nursing care in the blood donation process of unpaid blood donors at blood stations can effectively reduce the adverse reactions in the blood collection process and reduce the waste of blood samples， which is beneficial to improve the comfort of unpaid blood donors， improve their psychological conditions， and enhance the care satisfaction.

綜上所述，整體護(hù)理用于血站無償獻(xiàn)血者獻(xiàn)血過程中，可切實(shí)減少不良反應(yīng)情況和血液標(biāo)本報(bào)廢情況，有利于提高無償獻(xiàn)血者的舒適度，改善其心理狀況，提升其護(hù)理滿意度。
