Brown is a little mouse. One day, he sees some students playing tug of war on the grass.
“Come on, Bear. It looks interesting. Let’s have a try,” says Brown to his friend, Bear.
They grab each side of a rope and start to pull. Bear is so strong. Brown flies into the air when Bear pulls the rope.
“This is not right. The two sides of the rope should be equal,” says Brown.
He calls all his friends to play. Cat, Wolf, Deer, Rabbit and Turtle all come and join the game.
“Wait a minute. How do we know if it is equal on each side?” Cat asks.
“The seesaw! We can use the seesaw over there,” Brown says. “Let’s sit on the two sides of it. It is equal when it stays in balance!”
Brown is so smart. Everyone agrees with him. They jump on the seesaw one by one.
“Now, we are equal!” Brown says.
On the left, there is Deer, Turtle and Brown.
On the right, there is Rabbit, Cat and Wolf.
“Where is Bear?” Brown asks.
“Here I am!” Bear runs to them. He finds some honey and wants to share it with others. But when Bear sits on one side, all the animals on the other side fly into the air.
At last, Bear and Brown sit together on one side. All the other animals sit on the other side.
“Finally! Let’s play tug of war,” Brown says.
Everybody is so happy.
