從2021年開始，中國正式進(jìn)入“十四五”時(shí)期，已經(jīng)過去的“十三五”是一個(gè)濃墨重彩的“歷史單元”。這極不平凡的5年，對(duì)青島的發(fā)展具有重要意義。青島牢記習(xí)近平總書記囑托，堅(jiān)決落實(shí)中央決策部署和省委要求，鮮明樹起“搞活一座城”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，找準(zhǔn)“搞活一座城”的戰(zhàn)役路徑，立體、綜合、全方位、內(nèi)生地“搞活”青島，以開放創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展全面起勢，“十三五”規(guī)劃確定的目標(biāo)任務(wù)總體完成，高水平全面建成小康社會(huì)勝利在望，開放、現(xiàn)代、活力、時(shí)尚的國際大都市建設(shè)取得新成就。

今年，“十四五”大幕已開啟，青島再一次滿載希冀出發(fā)。就讓我們?nèi)婊仡櫱鄭u經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的輝煌成就，進(jìn)一步總結(jié)青島智慧、青島經(jīng)驗(yàn)、青島模式，去創(chuàng)造一個(gè)更加豐盈和充實(shí)的新輝煌。

As China ushers in its 14th Five-Year Plan period in 2021， we look back on the past 13th Five-Year Plan period， which is an unusual chapter in the history. The extraordinary five years is of great significance to the development of Qingdao. With general secretary Xi Jinpings instructions firmly in mind， Qingdao resolutely implemented the decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee and the requirements of the CPC Provincial Committee， set the strategic goal of “bolstering the citys development” and devised a clear path to achieve that goal， so as to invigorate Qingdao in a multi-dimensional， all-round and endogenous way and move its high-quality development into high gear through opening-up and innovation. The goals and tasks set in the 13th Five-Year Plan are basically completed， the victory over the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects with high standards is in sight， and new achievements have been made in building an open， modern， dynamic and fashionable international metropolis .

This year， as the 14th Five-Year Plan period unfolds， Qingdao sets off once again with great expectations for the future. Let us comprehensively review the brilliant achievements Qingdao has made in its economic and social development， and further summarize Qingdaos wisdom， experience and development mode， with the aim to create more substantial glories.
