A large diversion tunnel in Sri Lanka starts construction

2月5日，由中國建筑股份有限公司承建的埃勒黑勒引水隧洞工程在斯里蘭卡開工，竣工后，將成為斯里蘭卡最長隧洞，有助于進(jìn)一步滿足沿線農(nóng)業(yè)灌溉和生活用水需求，助推地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和民生改善。

On February 5,the Elkhele diversion tunnel project undertaken by China State Construction Engineering Corporation commenced in Sri Lanka. After completion,as the longest tunnel in Sri Lanka,it will help further meet the needs of agricultural irrigation and domestic water utilization in the neighboring areas,and boost regional economic development and improvement of people’s livelihood.

世界杯主體育場屋面主體結(jié)構(gòu)完工

The main roof structure of the World Cup main stadium is completed

2月13日，中國鐵建國際集團(tuán)承建的2022年卡塔爾世界杯主體育場項(xiàng)目屋面主體結(jié)構(gòu)順利完工，建成后可容納9.2萬名觀眾，是目前中國企業(yè)在海外承建的規(guī)模最大、容納人數(shù)最多的專業(yè)體育場館。

On February 13,the main roof structure of the main stadium for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 undertaken by China Railway Construction Corporation Limited was completed. After completion,the stadium can accommodate 92,000 spectators,making it the professional stadium with the largest scale and maximum capacity ever built by a Chinese enterprise overseas.

中菲簽署9.4億美元鐵路項(xiàng)目合同

China and the Philippines sign a railway project contract worth USD 940 million

1月16日，中國企業(yè)與菲律賓交通部簽署蘇比克—克拉克鐵路項(xiàng)目商務(wù)合同。該項(xiàng)目總金額約9.4億美元，是迄今為止中菲政府間金額最大的合作項(xiàng)目，也是菲律賓政府“大建特建”規(guī)劃的旗艦項(xiàng)目。

On January 16,Chinese enterprises and Philippine Department of Transportation and Communications signed a commercial contract for the Subic-Clark railway project. The project,with a total value of about USD 940 million,is by far the cooperation project with the largest value between the Chinese and Philippine governments,and it is also the flagship project of the Philippine government’s “Build,Build,Build” program.

Construction of China-aided Myanmar National Center of Disease Control starts

1月10日，中國援緬甸國家疾控中心和醫(yī)護(hù)培訓(xùn)中心項(xiàng)目開工典禮在緬甸首都內(nèi)比都舉行。中方還將提供為期2年的技術(shù)合作，為緬方培訓(xùn)相關(guān)醫(yī)護(hù)和技術(shù)人員。

On January 10,2021,the groundbreaking ceremony of the China-aided Myanmar National Center of Disease Control （CDC） and Medical Training Center project was held in Nay Pyi Taw,capital of Myanmar. In the future,China will train relevant medical and technical personnel for Myanmar on the basis of a two-year technical cooperation.

On January 19,Chile launched an electric taxi replacement project to promote electric mobility. BYD won the bid to be the sole supplier for the first phase of the project,supplying 50 pure electric vehicles for the project.
