5月26日8時52分，滿載防疫物資、生活用品、跨境電商貨物的FM7035航班，從寧波櫟社國際機(jī)場騰空而起，前往美麗的多瑙河畔——匈牙利布達(dá)佩斯，標(biāo)志著寧波往返布達(dá)佩斯的貨運(yùn)航線正式啟航。據(jù)悉，這是寧波機(jī)場開通的首條直達(dá)中東歐國家城市的貨運(yùn)航線。

“寧波—匈牙利布達(dá)佩斯”貨運(yùn)航線是由東航物流以B787-900“客改貨”方式運(yùn)營的定期航線，每周執(zhí)飛兩班，每周三、五凌晨從寧波起飛，每周四、六凌晨落地寧波，單程航班最大載貨量可達(dá)35噸。該航線先期運(yùn)營6個月，首航航班往返搭載貨量的60%至70%由寧波本地航空貨運(yùn)代理組織。

布達(dá)佩斯是匈牙利的首都，地處歐洲大陸腹地，交通便利。近年來，寧波與中東歐特別是與匈牙利貿(mào)易發(fā)展迅猛。今年1至4月，寧波對中東歐17國進(jìn)出口額為119.6億元，同比增長48.8%，其中進(jìn)口增幅達(dá)到241.2%，創(chuàng)歷史新高。

目前，匈牙利是寧波與中東歐第五大貿(mào)易國。貨運(yùn)航線的開通必將更好服務(wù)中國—中東歐國家博覽會，助力寧波中國—中東歐國家經(jīng)貿(mào)合作示范區(qū)建設(shè)。

作為寧波市建設(shè)“中東歐商品進(jìn)入中國市場的首選之地、中國與中東歐國家雙向投資合作的首選之地、中國與中東歐國家人文交流的首選之地”等“三個首選之地”的前沿窗口，寧波臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)示范區(qū)管委會、寧波機(jī)場集團(tuán)公司一直以來注重加強(qiáng)與匈牙利發(fā)展航空運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域的交流與合作。

2015年11月，寧波機(jī)場與匈牙利布達(dá)佩斯機(jī)場簽署合作備忘錄，雙方結(jié)為姐妹機(jī)場，兩地機(jī)場在客、貨運(yùn)領(lǐng)域市場開拓、航線謀劃、人員交流等方面實(shí)現(xiàn)全面合作;2016年6月，第二屆中東歐國家投資貿(mào)易博覽會期間，寧波機(jī)場開通了直飛匈牙利布達(dá)佩斯客運(yùn)包機(jī)航班。

為保障第二屆中國—中東歐國家博覽會順利舉行，海曙區(qū)、寧波臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)示范區(qū)、寧波機(jī)場集團(tuán)公司聯(lián)合市商務(wù)局、機(jī)場海關(guān)等有關(guān)單位積極配合航線運(yùn)營方，協(xié)助做好航線宣傳推介、貨源組織等前期服務(wù)保障工作，確保中東歐各國的參展品、奶制品、汽配件、醫(yī)藥品等進(jìn)口貨源。

在航線保障過程中，機(jī)場集團(tuán)還提前組織相關(guān)單位對保障流程、風(fēng)險評估、防疫措施等工作進(jìn)行了全面部署，制定了專門保障方案和應(yīng)急預(yù)案;寧波機(jī)場海關(guān)、機(jī)場邊檢、民航寧波空管站、中航油寧波分公司、機(jī)場公安等單位開啟“綠色通道”，全力保障航班開通運(yùn)營。

寧波機(jī)場出入境邊檢站提前謀劃，周密部署，提前掌握航線前期情況及機(jī)組人員信息，結(jié)合當(dāng)前防疫形勢，按照“一機(jī)一方案”的原則，重點(diǎn)圍繞民警防護(hù)工作、航空器清艙檢查、勤務(wù)組織等內(nèi)容制定專項方案，并派遣業(yè)務(wù)骨干快速高效地辦理貨機(jī)的入境邊防檢查手續(xù)。

“貨運(yùn)航線的開通，方便了參展各國展品運(yùn)輸，為境外豐富、多樣的展品安全、便捷、快速地直達(dá)主辦城市展區(qū)提供了新路徑，解決了部分展品異地口岸進(jìn)境的物流難題?！睂幉C(jī)場海關(guān)相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人表示，該航線深化了寧波與中東歐國家的互聯(lián)互通，有利于促進(jìn)中東歐貿(mào)易往來，為后續(xù)打通中國—中東歐空中貨運(yùn)走廊奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

Flying All the Way to Budapest

At 8：52 on May 26， flight FM7035， loaded with epidemic prevention supplies， articles of everyday use and goods for cross-border e-commerce， took off from Ningbo Lishe International Airport and headed for Budapest， Hungary， marking the official launch of the cargo route between Ningbo and Budapest. This is Ningbo airports first direct cargo route to Central and Eastern European countries.

A regular flight operated by China Eastern Airlines， the Ningbo-Budapest cargo route runs two flights every week， departing from Ningbo on the morning of Wednesday and Friday and returning to Ningbo on the morning of Thursday and Saturday. The maximum cargo capacity of a one-way flight can reach 35 tons. The route will be in operation for six months on a trial basis， and 60% to 70% of the round-trip cargo volume of the first flight will be organized by local air freight agents in Ningbo.

Budapest， the capital of Hungary， is located in the hinterland of the European continent with easy access to all modes of transportation. In recent years， trade between Ningbo and Central and Eastern Europe， especially Hungary， has been developing rapidly. From January to April 2021， Ningbos import and export to 17 Central and Eastern European countries reached 11.96 billion yuan， up 48.8% year-on-year; in fact， its import growth rate reached 241.2%， hitting a record high.

At present， Hungary is the Ningbos fifth largest trading partner in Central and Eastern Europe. The launching of the cargo route is destined to bring more impetus to trade between the two sides， better serve the China-CEEC Expo and facilitate the construction of the China-CEEC Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone in Ningbo. Indeed， Ningbo Airport Group has long attached great importance to the development of air freight with Hungary.

In November 2015， Ningbo Airport Group and Budapest Airport signed a memorandum of cooperation， and became sister airports. The two airports have achieved comprehensive cooperation in passenger and cargo market development， route planning， personnel exchanges， among other areas. In June 2016， during the second Central and Eastern European Countries Investment and Trade Expo， Ningbo Lishe International Airport even opened a direct chartered flight to Budapest.

For the 2021 China-CEEC Expo， together with local governmental agencies， Ningbo Airport Group has taken various measures， including logistical support， rapid customs clearance， epidemic control， etc. to ensure a smooth running of the international fair.
