“這真的是木制玩具的生產(chǎn)廠房嗎?怎么能這么干凈?”每當(dāng)有人參觀浙江智木玩具股份有限公司(以下簡稱“智木股份”)時,總會發(fā)出這樣的感慨。這家占地1.7萬平方米的公司廠房,坐落在麗水市云和縣的開發(fā)區(qū)內(nèi),承載著每年上億元產(chǎn)值的生產(chǎn)任務(wù)。
走進智木股份的廠房,只見高大寬敞的建筑,布局合理、排列有序。辦公環(huán)境空間的規(guī)劃,非常注重個人隱私,同時又兼具互動交流功能。功能區(qū)和生產(chǎn)區(qū)人性化的設(shè)計更大程度地體現(xiàn)著該公司的開放精神,200多名員工在其間高效率地工作著,企業(yè)活力噴薄而出。
德國小伙子塞巴斯蒂安 · 施密特(Sebastian Schmidt)在這群員工之中特別醒目,他是公司的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢測員,只見他拿著隨機抽檢的兩個樣品,用儀器在工作臺上測量著,一會兒,他又起身跑到車間與人交流,一會兒又拿起樣品回來埋頭于工作臺……

在工廠明亮、現(xiàn)代的會議室內(nèi),我們見到了這位德國小伙子。走進辦公室時,他的手上還拿著需要檢測的產(chǎn)品,步履匆匆,推門而進,在公司董事長陳華左側(cè)落座。
陳華曾留學(xué)德國,畢業(yè)后在德國從事木制玩具銷售工作,后回國創(chuàng)業(yè)。他跟施密特的交流并沒有使用德語,而是使用了英語。
“因為公司團隊之間的交流都是以英語為主,我們也是想創(chuàng)造一個外向型的語言環(huán)境,提升工作溝通能力?!标惾A說,施密特現(xiàn)在能說點簡單的中文,語言表達能力很強。
面對老板的“表揚”,施密特羞澀地笑了,隨即跟我們介紹起了自己在中國的歷程。
2017年,應(yīng)一位北京朋友的邀請,施密特來到了中國,跟其他外國人一樣,他花了很多時間走訪了中國大部分的地方,其中一站就是麗水云和。
“我被這里的山和水震驚到了,非常安靜的地方,很適合生活?!笔┟芴刂毖?,更為重要的“驚喜”是當(dāng)?shù)氐男迈r空氣和優(yōu)質(zhì)生態(tài)環(huán)境。
在云和,老百姓為生態(tài)環(huán)境點贊,已不是新鮮事。云和多好山好水,自然風(fēng)光秀麗,生態(tài)環(huán)境優(yōu)美,是浙江乃至中國較好的宜居之地。施密特決心在此處扎根,他加入了智木股份,負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢測工作。
當(dāng)時,智木股份的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模并沒有那么大,那么是什么吸引了施密特的加入呢?答案是公司董事長陳華的個人履歷和其對企業(yè)、產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)營理念打動了施密特。
陳華來自浙江寧波,父親是江西人,母親是臺灣人。在德國留學(xué)畢業(yè)后,陳華進入一家德國知名木制玩具企業(yè)從事銷售工作,從此就與這個行業(yè)結(jié)緣。
后來,該德國企業(yè)來到中國辦廠,陳華由于綜合能力較強得到了公司青睞,被委派回到中國籌建公司,龐大的中國消費力讓德國公司的中國市場迅速做大,陳華的個人職業(yè)生涯也進入了快速上升期。
“從中國公司的辦公室主任到全球總部公司分管生產(chǎn)的總監(jiān),再到總部公司的總經(jīng)理”,陳華說,這個行業(yè)的所有崗位他都待過,并且,在他的實踐下,這家德國公司迅速成為全球知名的木制玩具生產(chǎn)企業(yè),產(chǎn)品享譽中國和世界。

因家庭原因,陳華辭任德國公司總經(jīng)理一職,回到老家寧波休息了半年。2013年,陳華來到了云和,這里有著齊全的木玩的生產(chǎn)和配套資源,幾年前陳華曾隨前老板KIESEL先生多次來云和拜訪一直與德國總部合作的供應(yīng)商,因此與云和結(jié)下了很深的緣分。
“這個很小的縣城里聚集著全球木玩制造40%的供應(yīng)鏈,而對于一直從事木玩制造的我來說,看到的都是一塊塊木頭通過各個環(huán)節(jié)加工而成的精美禮物,孩子童年快樂的禮物,到處都能聞到飄散著的木材香味。”陳華說,他喜歡木制產(chǎn)品,云和的環(huán)境讓他感到很親切、很舒服、很熟悉,于是就決定了在這里開始自己的創(chuàng)業(yè)之路,
2014年,陳華創(chuàng)辦了智木股份,也將之前在德國公司工作的經(jīng)驗和熟悉的一些德國品牌,以及歐洲品牌公司的合作帶到了云和。通過多年的積累,智木股份不斷地完善工廠的生產(chǎn)設(shè)施,從最初的幾個人發(fā)展到將近200多人的團隊,目前公司營業(yè)收入預(yù)計每年能達800多萬美金。
在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營中,陳華也以其對品質(zhì)的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求、對產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的潛心研究、對企業(yè)管理的人性化體現(xiàn)而得到各方好評。
施密特對此深有體會,他向我們描述智木股份的人性化管理:“沒有階層之分,團隊間溝通活躍度很高,中國同事的學(xué)習(xí)能力很強。”施密特形容陳華是個運動達人,他最喜歡的運動是籃球、網(wǎng)球、高爾夫。
在智木股份的廠房頂樓,有一層員工休閑區(qū),這里有器械齊全的健身房,還有網(wǎng)球場、籃球場,甚至還有一個高爾夫練習(xí)場……智木股份活潑而現(xiàn)代化的企業(yè)文化氛圍,吸引著越來越多的人才加入。
在公司每一層車間,公司行政人員都會掛出一面生日墻,上面羅列著部門每位員工的生日,并且有心愿墻。我們看到一個心愿:“希望孩子能讀XX小學(xué)?!标惾A看到后隨即一笑說:“這個心愿已經(jīng)完成了,公司已經(jīng)跟相關(guān)部門申請指標(biāo)了?!?/p>
而每一個車間內(nèi)都會有一個小廚房,每天早上,后勤保障人員都會準(zhǔn)備好早餐以及一些簡單的食物,供員工食用。值得一提的是,小廚房內(nèi)歸類收納得整潔有序,展示著智木股份的“軟實力”。在施密特看來,這就“很德國”。

談到外國人和中國人的文化理念差異,施密特表示,在工作中,他和智木股份的中國員工,并沒有感受到特別大的中外文化差異。陳華對此的解釋是,因為公司屬于出口型企業(yè),而他的管理經(jīng)驗和風(fēng)格就已經(jīng)較為“國際化”,所以團隊的工作理念就比較能讓外國員工快速適應(yīng)。
德意志民族被公認(rèn)為是世界上最為嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)拿褡逯唬且粋€有計劃、富有節(jié)制力、有創(chuàng)造力的民族,善于把一切事情都計劃得十分周全、十分精密。施密特也是這樣的工作風(fēng)格。陳華評價施密特對團隊帶來的影響是非常積極的,德國人素來具有“匠人精神”,而木制玩具行業(yè)需要這樣的理念。施密特工作細(xì)致,有張有弛,他來了之后,促進了團隊工作效率的提升。
施密特對中國感到“驚喜”的還有中國的飲食。他特別喜歡北方的辛辣食物,也喜歡云和本地的“麻葉粿”,這是他每天的早餐之一。也正是因為喜歡吃,施密特認(rèn)識了從事餐飲行業(yè)的女友,這也讓施密特在云和多了一份寄托。
“如果可以的話,我想在中國、在云和一直生活下去,在智木股份一直工作。”施密特的話讓陳華深感欣慰,在員工關(guān)懷方面,陳華的投入和付出有目共睹,他深感生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)員工工作之辛勞,希望持續(xù)為大家提供一個良好的工作環(huán)境和工作體驗。
陳華說,一直以來,他都是把企業(yè)發(fā)展獲得的利潤用于提升企業(yè)規(guī)模、改善工作環(huán)境和打造團隊方面,公司實力一天天見長,企業(yè)環(huán)境建設(shè)、生產(chǎn)工藝方面也在不斷刷新“顏值”。
多年以來,智木玩具由于出眾的品質(zhì)、創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)品而聞名于行業(yè)內(nèi)外,也因為企業(yè)的智能化改造、自動化生產(chǎn)水準(zhǔn)提升而讓一些同業(yè)“望其項背”,云和縣相關(guān)政府部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)更是直言,雖然云和木制玩具企業(yè)眾多,但是智木股份屬于較早開始“智能化、自動化”產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的代表,是云和乃至中國木制玩具企業(yè)未來發(fā)展的標(biāo)桿企業(yè)。
在公司,我們隨處可見智木股份產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的成果:偌大的工廠里,除了機器工作的聲音外,幾乎不見人影,整個生產(chǎn)過程幾乎實現(xiàn)了全自動化,偶爾才能看到工人經(jīng)過,巡查生產(chǎn)是否順利。
企業(yè)能取得長足發(fā)展,離不開當(dāng)?shù)氐膭?chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境和政府支持。對此,陳華深有體會,他的辦公室墻上掛著一副書法“敬天愛人”,陳華對其釋意:尊敬行業(yè)、敬畏上天、感恩他人。
“感謝政府對我的創(chuàng)業(yè)的支持和包容,我充滿著對云和的感激,也在積極履行一個企業(yè)的社會責(zé)任。”陳華說,自己也深感企業(yè)的社會責(zé)任,每年會去慰問環(huán)衛(wèi)工人,做一些回報社會之事。

智木股份是云和木制玩具行業(yè)發(fā)展的一個縮影。多年來,為推進木制玩具產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,云和縣以品牌建設(shè)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、文化創(chuàng)意等為抓手,加快實施木玩百億行動,努力實現(xiàn)木制玩具產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級。
據(jù)悉,云和當(dāng)?shù)卣e極引導(dǎo)企業(yè)加大技改投入,加快行業(yè)“機器換人”和智能化改造升級,2020年,全縣投入機器換人項目6000多萬元,完成技改的企業(yè)達100余家。
據(jù)悉,2020年,云和縣木玩行業(yè)產(chǎn)值80.2億元,同比增長0.5%,共有木制玩具企業(yè)1095家,從業(yè)人員3萬余人,產(chǎn)品含十大類、上千個系列、數(shù)萬個品種,暢銷世界76個國家和地區(qū),總量占全國同類產(chǎn)品的55.6%,出口份額占國內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品的65%,已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)規(guī)模最大、品種最多的木制玩具生產(chǎn)、出口基地。
近年來,云和木玩行業(yè)不斷加強與教育部教育裝備研究、發(fā)展中心、省市裝備中心、高校院所和幼教集團的合作,加強與各地各類幼兒園對接,開展“云和木玩”學(xué)前教育裝備規(guī)范化體系建設(shè)項目研究,該項目于2020年通過教育部教育裝備中心審核結(jié)題。與麗水學(xué)院合作開展的云和學(xué)前教玩具篩選分類研究項目也于2019年順利結(jié)題,并于2020年年底開展深化研究。
云和木玩行業(yè)正躊躇滿志,未來將著力促進木玩產(chǎn)業(yè)與動漫的結(jié)合,積極引導(dǎo)玩具企業(yè)與國內(nèi)知名動畫企業(yè)合作,生產(chǎn)動漫衍生產(chǎn)品,云和木玩從“賣木頭”到“賣文化”,邁出了堅實的一步。
在發(fā)展規(guī)劃中,云和木玩行業(yè)還將圍繞“大花園”建設(shè),把木玩童話元素有機融入城市規(guī)劃、建設(shè)和管理之中,使整個城市景觀造型、夜景亮化、公共設(shè)施等風(fēng)格設(shè)計真正體現(xiàn)童話特色。通過打造木玩特色旅游,結(jié)合木玩制造和旅游兩大產(chǎn)業(yè),啟動木玩童話小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè),“采真里歷史文化街區(qū)”“童夢街”“木玩樂園”等特色木玩旅游項目已成為云和旅游的幾大亮點。
云和縣還將堅持產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化、旅游和社區(qū)功能“四位一體”理念與生產(chǎn)、生活、生態(tài)“三生”融合的要求,以“木玩+”為核心發(fā)展理念,按照5A級景區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè),打造以木玩文創(chuàng)高地、幼教研學(xué)基地、世界童話主題樂園和童話度假勝地為支撐的旅游類特色小鎮(zhèn)。同時,引導(dǎo)企業(yè)開發(fā)和生產(chǎn)一批具有本地特色的文旅產(chǎn)品,加快打造富有特色的木玩特色旅游。
Schmidts “Yunhe Experience”

Every visitor would be impressed by the plant of Chancee Toy Co. Ltd., located in the development zone of Yunhe county, Lishui city, occupying 17,000 square meters and manufacturing toys worth more than a hundred million yuan each year. The buildings in the plant are spacious and full of vitality, with over 200 employees working around efficiently at the mean time. The quality inspector Sebastian Schmidt, a young man from Germany, moving back and forth between the test facilities busily, is particularly eye-catching among the employees.
Schmidt came to China in 2017 at the invitation of a friend in Beijing and spent much time visiting different places, including Yunhe in Lishui city. “I was astonished by the mountains, rivers and most importantly the clean air in Yunhe,” Schmidt recalled. “This place was quiet and really great to live. So I decided to settle down here and join Chancee.” Indeed, Yunhe has long been recognized as one of the most livable cities not only Zhejiang province, but across China. At that time, Chancee was still a very small company. According to Schmidt, it was the background and business concept of Chen Hua, chairman of the company, that attracted him to the company.
Growing up in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, Chen Hua started his career in a well-known German wooden toy company after graduation in Germany. Due to his good performance, he was assigned back to China to set up a new company. With their business quickly expanding in the Chinese market, Chen Hua was promoted from the China office manager to global production director and then global general manager. Their toys became much more and more popular under his management.
Later Chen Hua resigned and took a half-year hiatus in Ningbo in 2013. Then he came to Yunhe and tried to start his own business. He had visited Yunhe several times before and knew that 40% of the global toy supply chain gathered here, which made it a perfect place for him to set up a local toy company. In 2014, Chancee Toy Co. Ltd. was officially established. It didnt take long for the company to grow up from a few staff members to a team of over 200 with a revenue of eight million US dollars.
Over the years, Chen Hua and his company have been well known for their high product quality, continuous investment on product innovation and humane approach of staff management, which Schmidt has personally experienced. “There is no hierarchy here,” according to Schmidt. “Instead, communication and cooperation among the team are very proactive.”
As a sports fan, Chen Hua specially set aside a staff entertainment area on the top floor of the plant, with all kinds of sports facilities like gym, tennis and basketball courts, and even mini golf course. On each floor, a “Birthday Wall” can be found, displaying the birthday wishes of the employees. “Wish my kid be enrolled in the ideal primary school,” one of the wishes read. “At least, we have helped achieve this wish with the support of the local government,” Chen smiled. Besides, all workshops are equipped with small kitchens to provide breakfast and snacks for the workers. To Schmidt, all of these are very “German” and have drawn more and more outstanding people to Chancee.
The Germans are generally believed to be among the most rigorous and disciplined. Schmidt is no exception. “Craftsmanship is extremely important for the wooden toy industry,” Chen said. “After Schmidt came on board, he has improved the team very positively.”
Apart from Yunhes beautiful landscape, Chinese food is another favorite of Schmidts. More interestingly, it was also the Chinese food that gave him a chance to meet her girlfriend who works in the catering industry; this has become another attachment to Yunhe. “If possible, Id love to live in Yunhe and work in Chancee forever!” Schmidt declared.
Chancee is also a local leader in implementing smart technology and automation industrial upgrading. It is a benchmark for the future development of Yunhe and even Chinas wooden toy enterprises. For the past few years, Chen Hua has reinvested all the profits to improve industrial upgrading. The whole production process has almost realized full automation. And Chen Hua always knows that the development of enterprises is inseparable from the support of local government, for which he remains grateful and would constantly fulfill the social responsibility to repay the society.
Chancee is an epitome of the development of Yunhe wooden toy industry. Over the years, in order to promote the development of the wooden toy industry, Yunhe has accelerated the implementation of the “10-billion-yuan project” by focusing on brand building, technological innovation and cultural creativity, and made efforts to realize the transformation and upgrading of the wooden toy industry. In 2020, the county invested more than 60 million yuan in automation, over 100 enterprises completed technological transformation, and the output value of Yunhes wooden toy industry reached 8.02 billion yuan. Currently, there are 1,095 wooden toy enterprises in the county with more than 30,000 employees, supplying tens of thousands of varieties products to 76 countries and regions in the world, accounting for 55.6% of the nations total, and the export value accounting for 65% of the nations total, the largest production and export base of wooden toys in China.
Looking into the future, Yunhe was ambitious and determined to develop its wooden toy industry. They had taken a solid step from “selling wood” to “selling culture” by combining wooden toys with education and animation, among others. And another important plan is to develop local tourism through the wooden toys. Several projects have already been completed and become the highlights of Yunhe tourism.
