摘 要:某型工程車輛,在可靠性試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,驅(qū)動(dòng)橋橋殼若為沖焊結(jié)構(gòu),會(huì)經(jīng)常從推力桿支座焊縫位置開(kāi)裂,影響試驗(yàn)效率。對(duì)橋殼進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)平衡懸架結(jié)構(gòu)在搓衣板路上存在低頻“拍擊”附加力,并會(huì)引起簧上共振,使推力桿座焊縫位置的應(yīng)力異常增大,容易產(chǎn)生裂紋。

Experimental Study on Load Bearing Capacity of Drive Axle Housing

Abstract:During the reliability test of a certain type of engineering structure, if the drive axle housing is a punching and welding structure, it will often crack from the weld position of thrust rod support, which affects the test efficiency. The experimental study on the axle housing shows that there is a low-frequency “slapping” additional force of the balanced suspension when running on the washboard, which causes the spring resonance and makes the stress of the thrust rod seat weld abnormal increase, and produce cracks easily.
