2021“重慶好禮”旅游商品(文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品)大賽暨外事禮品征集活動(dòng),由重慶市文化和旅游發(fā)展委員會(huì)、重慶市人民政府外事辦公室、重慶市榮昌區(qū)人民政府聯(lián)合主辦。大賽對(duì)來自重慶、四川共45個(gè)市、區(qū)、縣參賽作品,以“地域性、品牌性、實(shí)用性、創(chuàng)新性、市場性、工藝性、示范性”等標(biāo)準(zhǔn),評(píng)選出80件重慶外事禮品。重慶市外事服務(wù)中心在本刊特辟專欄,講述外事好禮背后的故事。
2021 “Chongqing Gifts” Competition: Best Travel Gifts (Cultural & Creative) · Gifts for Foreign Affairs Events was co-hosted by the Chongqing Culture and Tourism Development Commission, Chongqing Municipal Foreign Affairs Office and Chongqing Rongchang District Peoples Government. The Competition evaluated entries from 45 cities, districts and counties of Chongqing and Sichuan Province based on whether they were locally unique, strong in brand, practical, innovative, competitive, artistic and exemplary. In the end, 80 outstanding products were selected to be gifts for foreign affairs events in Chongqing. In this special column, Chongqing Municipal Foreign Affairs Service Center is going to tell the stories about these products.
The moon melt into the bubbling brook with the pines stand by;
Beside the dewy plum trees, the cloud-like steam floated towards the sky.
This poem brings us back to the tranquil night when the poet was making tea in the mountains. Jinshan black tea also originates in the mountains – Gold Buddha Mountain in Nanchuan District, Chongqing.
As one of the four famous mountains in Sichuan and Chongqing, Gold Buddha Mountain was acquainted with tea production over 3,000 years ago. In the Tang Dynasty (618-907), Gaozhi tea, a kind of oolong tea that grew in this mountain, created a sensation in the capital city Changan (todays Xian). It was spoken highly of by Bai Juyi and Huang Tingjian, two famous poets in ancient China who sojourned in Chongqing. At present, Dashu tea that Gold Buddha Mountain produces is the relict species of Gaozhi tea. With a life span of over 2,700 years, the tallest Dashu tea tree in the mountain has won reputation of “the ancestor of tea” in the industry. Dashu tea is “exclusive to China and superior in the world”. In addition, the favorable ecological environment has made Gold Buddha Mountain “a repository of natural plants”. The leaves of those ancient tea trees are plump in shape, soft in texture and bright in color. They are also rich in polyphenol and amino acid, and contains moderate caffeine. Its fair enough to say that they are the perfection for making black tea.
On July 5th, 2019, Chongqing Tourism Promotion was held at China Cultural Center (Sydney) under the theme: “A Land of Natural Beauty, A City with Cultural Appeal”. During the Promotion, the vintage Jinshan black tea from Nanchuan District, Chongqing was well received by Australian friends. Greatly surprised by its pleasant smell, sweet aftertaste and bright color, they expressed curiosity about its making process.
Walking into the processing workshop of Jinshan black tea, you will be greeted by the rich tea aroma. Jinshan black tea, especially the handmade, is processed with sophisticated techniques to extremely strict standards. The fresh leaves must be harvested during 9 and 10 am on sunny days, and then wither under the sun. Next, the leaves are kneaded and rolled for seven rounds, each lasting for a specified time. Then, the tea will turn brown under fermentation. Heat control is crucial in this process, because any deviation in temperature will not make the perfect tea. Together with Chongqing Ancient Tree Tea Research Institute, Chongqing Jinshanhu Agricultural Development Co., Ltd has grasped the essence of ancient tea making techniques originated from Gold Buddha Mountain. In line with the freshness standards, the company uses tea buds and the youngest leaves as raw materials. Using modern, digital tea making equipment and through repeated production, practice, exploration and innovation, the company eventually worked out a unique set of tea making process for this vintage Jinshan black tea.
“It is different from the way how British black tea mixes and matches, different from its strong and potent flavor as well.”
This is how a foreign guest commented the vintage Jinshan black tea, the designated black tea drink for 2019 Smart China Expo.

“輕濤松下烹溪月,含露梅邊煮嶺云”。千年金山紅古樹紅茶產(chǎn)自重慶南川金佛山。
金佛山為巴渝四大名山之一,已有三千余年產(chǎn)茶歷史。唐代即以“高枝茶”名振長安,后受到寓渝詩人白居易、黃庭堅(jiān)的高度贊賞。今天分布在金佛山的“大樹茶”,即為其遺種。其中最大一株野生大樹茶已有2700余年的樹齡,被茶葉界視為“茶樹鼻祖”,堪稱“世界一絕,中國獨(dú)有”。在這有“天然植物陳列館”之稱,生態(tài)環(huán)境得天獨(dú)厚的金佛山,其古茶樹鮮葉葉質(zhì)厚軟,隆起光澤,富含茶多酚、氨基酸及適量咖啡堿,是制作紅茶的絕佳之選。
2019年7月5日,在澳大利亞悉尼中國文化中心,“山水之城·美麗之地”重慶文化旅游推介會(huì)上,南川千年古樹茶—“金山紅”得到了澳大利亞賓客的好評(píng)。一杯杯香氣濃郁雋永、滋味醇厚回甘、湯色橙紅明亮的“金山紅”讓他們大呼神奇、稱贊好喝,他們還對(duì)古樹茶的制茶工藝表示了好奇。
走進(jìn)“金山紅”加工車間,一股濃郁的茶香撲面而來。據(jù)介紹,千年金山紅古樹紅茶制作工藝復(fù)雜且要求極其嚴(yán)格,尤以手工定制款更甚。制作紅茶的鮮葉采摘須在晴天的上午九、十點(diǎn)進(jìn)行,采用天然陽光萎凋。揉捻須七揉七捻,而且必須揉足規(guī)定時(shí)辰。發(fā)酵轉(zhuǎn)紅,火候要恰到好處,差一分生,多一分過……重慶金山湖農(nóng)業(yè)開發(fā)有限公司聯(lián)合重慶市古樹茶研究院,充分汲取金佛山古法制茶精髓,以古茶樹鮮葉標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一芽二葉為原料,利用現(xiàn)代數(shù)字化制茶設(shè)備,反復(fù)生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐,不斷開拓創(chuàng)新,最終研發(fā)出一套獨(dú)有的千年金山紅古樹紅茶生產(chǎn)工藝。
“不同于英式紅茶的拼配方式,不同于英式紅茶的表現(xiàn)出的濃烈、偏硬?!?/p>
這是2019中國國際智能產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會(huì)上,國外嘉賓對(duì)智博會(huì)指定紅茶飲品—千年金山紅古樹紅茶的評(píng)價(jià):
“金山紅柔軟、回甘、適口,是一種像秋天太陽般溫暖的紅茶?!?/p>
