回首攜手奮進(jìn)過的2021，濟(jì)南國際醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)中心堅(jiān)持黨建引領(lǐng)與建設(shè)發(fā)展同頻共振，緊緊把握黃河戰(zhàn)略、強(qiáng)省會戰(zhàn)略等重要機(jī)遇，統(tǒng)籌抓好項(xiàng)目招引、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)、民生實(shí)事等工作，全力推動醫(yī)學(xué)中心發(fā)展邁向新臺階，肩負(fù)起康養(yǎng)濟(jì)南、城市“西興”建設(shè)主力軍的重要使命。

2021年是中國共產(chǎn)黨成立100周年，這一年，醫(yī)學(xué)中心立足新發(fā)展階段，繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)偉大建黨精神，扎實(shí)開展黨史學(xué)習(xí)教育，推出“齊心向黨·醫(yī)路前行”系列活動……以高質(zhì)量黨建引領(lǐng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

3月，醫(yī)學(xué)中心黨工委召開黨史學(xué)習(xí)教育動員大會后，圍繞“讓黨旗在基層一線高高飄揚(yáng)”主線，開展了“齊心向黨·醫(yī)路前行”七個(gè)一系列主題活動，組織了一次“我是黨員，我承諾”主題活動、一次“重溫紅色經(jīng)典，傳承沂蒙精神”觀影活動、一次“心相印，書相承”愛心圖書捐贈活動、一系列“學(xué)黨史，憶初心”專題黨課、一系列“讀黨史，談體會”讀書交流會、一次“獻(xiàn)禮建黨一百年”才藝展示活動、一次“拼搏奮進(jìn)·醫(yī)路前行”工作展示活動，以參與式、互動式學(xué)習(xí)方式，讓黨史學(xué)習(xí)教育走深走實(shí)、入腦入心。

為更好地學(xué)史力行、推動工作創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，醫(yī)學(xué)中心不斷加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè)，深入學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)近平總書記七一重要講話、認(rèn)真貫徹黨的十九屆六中全會精神，舉辦黨史學(xué)習(xí)教育暨雙招雙引與產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)培訓(xùn)班……著力打造一支政治過硬、業(yè)務(wù)精通、作風(fēng)優(yōu)良的干部隊(duì)伍，適應(yīng)推動“大建設(shè)、大招商、大服務(wù)”、建設(shè)國內(nèi)一流醫(yī)療康養(yǎng)高地的要求，實(shí)現(xiàn)以黨建促發(fā)展，以發(fā)展強(qiáng)黨建。

打造“醫(yī)教研產(chǎn)養(yǎng)服”大健康生態(tài)圈是醫(yī)學(xué)中心發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。這一年，醫(yī)學(xué)中心以項(xiàng)目為王，深耕產(chǎn)業(yè)根基，東奔西走、南上北下招引項(xiàng)目，風(fēng)里雨里、日里夜里推進(jìn)建設(shè)，一批“看得見、摸得著、見實(shí)效”的項(xiàng)目、載體、平臺競相匯聚并漸露“妝容”……以高質(zhì)量項(xiàng)目促進(jìn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

提升醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)能力，滿足人民群眾日益增長的多層次多樣化健康需求，是醫(yī)學(xué)中心建設(shè)的初衷。這一年，醫(yī)學(xué)中心秉承初心，以人民健康為中心，用心用情開展“我為群眾辦實(shí)事”實(shí)踐活動，不斷塑造叫得響的醫(yī)學(xué)中心服務(wù)品牌……以高質(zhì)量服務(wù)助力高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

5月15日，一場“學(xué)好百年黨史，服務(wù)百姓健康”慶祝建黨100周年大型義診活動在泉城廣場舉行。知名專家現(xiàn)場解疑，先進(jìn)設(shè)備免費(fèi)檢測，健康知識義務(wù)宣講，為廣大市民和群眾開通了一趟“健康專列”。

10月14日，原創(chuàng)醫(yī)養(yǎng)健康融媒體欄目——《名醫(yī)大咖說健康》一經(jīng)上線便深受關(guān)注，中國疾控中心流行病學(xué)首席科學(xué)家曾光教授、傳染病學(xué)專家李蘭娟院士相繼做客，從多角度多層面分享健康知識、傳播健康理念。

11月19日，安置一、二、三區(qū)回遷選房圓滿完成，共涉及吳家堡街道16個(gè)村、2270戶、11077名村民、5133套房屋，醫(yī)學(xué)中心圓了上萬居民的安居夢。

心懷夢想，勇毅前行。正如習(xí)近平總書記在2022年新年賀詞中所說，“這里有可親可敬的人民，有日新月異的發(fā)展，有賡續(xù)傳承的事業(yè)”。我們相信，開啟體制機(jī)制改革新征程的醫(yī)學(xué)中心，已經(jīng)做好了準(zhǔn)備，2022繼續(xù)踔厲奮發(fā)、篤行不??！

Looking back

on 2021， JMC adhered to the guidance of the building of CPC and the construction and development， firmly grasped important opportunities including the Yellow River Strategy and the Strengthening the Provincial Capital Strategy， comprehensively paid attention to the project bidding， construction and people’s livelihood， made efforts to promote the development of JMC to a new level and shouldered the duty of developing medical industry of Jinan and being the main force of revitalizing the west.

This year， based on the new development stage， JMC inherited and carried forward the great spirit of CPC， solidly carried out the study and education of CPC history， and launched a series of activities with the theme of “Unity to CPC and Move Forward to the Future with Medical Development”. JMC led high-quality development with high-quality CPC building.

This year， JMC took the project as the priority and strengthened the industrial foundation. A number of concrete projects， carriers and platforms sprang up. JMC promoted high-quality development with highquality projects.
