砳建筑是矗立在臺北基隆河畔一座集優(yōu)雅與個性于一身的新建建筑。這座 70 米高的18 層辦公大樓，重新定義了作為臺灣新興區(qū)域的南港科學園區(qū)的天際線。作為一座在設計構(gòu)思前期即引入綠色概念的建筑，其標志性的植生綠墻不僅令人悅目，更是在功能上成為建筑低能耗、高節(jié)能結(jié)構(gòu)的有機一環(huán)，令砳建筑榮獲美國綠建筑學會頒發(fā)的 LEED 金級認證。

地點及環(huán)境

砳建筑位于臺灣臺北市東南面的南港區(qū)，區(qū)內(nèi)設金融園、軟件園、展覽館、中央研究院等，為正值快速發(fā)展的區(qū)域。項目北臨環(huán)河東路，南靠重陽路， 鄰近南湖大橋及捷運文湖線南港軟體園區(qū)站。無論驅(qū)車或乘捷運經(jīng)過這一帶，砳建筑總是最亮眼的存在。

設計概念

砳建筑融合在地地域文化，并以當代建筑形式呈現(xiàn)。設計靈感來源于附近基隆河畔的鵝卵石，獨特的造型在傳達圓潤和優(yōu)雅的美學理念的同時 ，兼具力量和個性。建筑的“卵”狀外形作為生命的初始形態(tài)，隱喻地區(qū)的復興，更是知識的孵化器。同時，卵石由河入海的生命歷程，也象征著作為臺北新生力量的南港科學園區(qū)的全新出發(fā)。

空間運用

砳建筑致力打造高效、互動和健康的室內(nèi)辦公空間。它由多個貫穿各層的“城市客廳”串聯(lián)而成，可根據(jù)需求安排咖啡廳、烹飪間、小型圖書館和討論區(qū)等不同功能，為打造兼具舒適性和啟發(fā)性的創(chuàng)意環(huán)境提供可能。室內(nèi)空間的多樣性亦通過建筑北端和南端的戶外露臺延伸到室外，和豐富多彩的立面效果完美呼應。“城市客廳”的存在，使建筑不再是以往人們熟悉的刻板、遙遠的龐然大物形象，而是充滿生氣的、會呼吸的有機體。

建筑特色

砳建筑采用可持續(xù)發(fā)展的綠色建筑設計，通過應用 Aedas 內(nèi)部工具，透過先進的綠色 BIM 設計平臺及科學化的綠色建筑分析，結(jié)合建筑美學，度身訂造綠色設計策略。

高70米的植生綠墻，應用了多種方式有效控制建筑熱耗，實現(xiàn)低碳節(jié)能的設計目標。辦公樓設計采用直面玻璃，方便施工。西立面作為”會呼吸的立面”，綠植為室內(nèi)辦公空間提供了有效遮陽，從而降低室內(nèi)溫度，減少冷氣和能源的使用；植物同時可將室外空氣過濾，令辦公大樓內(nèi)的空間更為清新。

Located by the Keelung River in Taipei, Lè Architecture is a 70-metre tall, 18-storey office building with a signature green wall. It is set to redefine the rapidly developing skyline in the Nangang district.

Location and Context

Nangang is a fast-emerging district in southeastern Taipei with a Financial Park,Software Park, Exhibition Center and Research Institute etc. The project site is near Nanhu Bridge and Nangang Software Park Metro Station.

Design Concept

The building design translates regional culture into a contemporary form. Drawing inspiration from the river pebbles along the Keelung River, it delivers a unique and aesthetically appealing exterior with a green fa?ade. The design conveys the ideas of roundness and elegance, strength and character. The egg-like shape implies it is an incubator of knowledge and a metaphor of intellectual revival, which integrates well with the local context and marks an important milestone in the revitalisation of the fast-emerging Nangang district.

Use of Space

Lè Architecture aims to provide efficient, interactive and healthy office spaces. The'urban living rooms' offer span-leveled communal areas including pantries, cafes,libraries and breakout areas to create a comfortable and inspiring work environment.These semi-open areas also connect the indoor / outdoor environment.

Green Features

Lè Architecture adopts a sustainable and green design with the use of the latest analytical, modeling and simulation software. The 70-metre tall, west-facing green fa?ade provides sufficient shading and reduces heat gain, effectively lowering the temperature of the interiors. The plants also act as air filters.

Vertical aluminum fins in specific distance and depth also control the amount of sunlight streaming through the windows.

The project is certified with a LEED Gold certification.
