明代傅浚所著《鐵冶志》,是一本很有價值的科學(xué)專著,然而在中國失傳已久,全球僅有俄羅斯圣彼得堡大學(xué)收藏一孤本。2019年,該大學(xué)校長將復(fù)制本贈送給到訪的習(xí)近平主席。這個孤本,是山東大學(xué)參與“全球漢籍合璧工程”的老師發(fā)現(xiàn)的。通過這個工程,897種國內(nèi)稀見的漢籍,從美、俄、英、法、日等國家回歸中國。
這項對中華文明功德無量的“全球漢籍合璧工程”,由山東大學(xué)設(shè)計、提出,獲得國家資助,并從一開始就得到了中共山東省委、省政府的關(guān)心支持。
作為中國傳統(tǒng)文化重要發(fā)祥地的山東,勇于擔(dān)當(dāng)、敢為人先。研究單位發(fā)起傳承保護的各種工程、項目,各級黨委、政府給予大力支持,已成為這里保護傳承傳統(tǒng)文化的一道風(fēng)景。
孔府檔案是儒學(xué)體系的重要組成部分,約有25萬余件,文體繁多,內(nèi)容浩瀚,是中國社會史、明清史、近現(xiàn)代史研究的瑰寶。在孔子故里,曲阜師范大學(xué)和曲阜市政府合作,開展了孔府檔案搶救性整理和挖掘研究工程。目前,三卷本《孔子博物館藏孔府檔案匯編·明代卷》已出版發(fā)行,相應(yīng)的《儒學(xué)五圣》編纂和“四書”解讀工程也已啟動。
對于國家部署實施的重大工程,山東表現(xiàn)出勇挑重?fù)?dān)、積極作為的魄力。中醫(yī)藥文化是中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化瑰寶。山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)牽頭出版《中國古醫(yī)籍整理叢書》,國家投入資金4000萬元,這是新中國成立以來投入最大的中醫(yī)古籍保護與利用項目。山東還在曲阜掛牌建設(shè)了國家古籍保護中心中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化實踐基地,創(chuàng)建了國家古籍保護中心人才培訓(xùn)基地和省古籍修復(fù)中心,創(chuàng)建“山東省圖書館古籍珍本數(shù)據(jù)庫”“山東省圖書館易學(xué)古籍?dāng)?shù)據(jù)庫”等。

“求木之長者,必固其根本?!边@些工作,為全面闡發(fā)中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化奠定了扎實的文獻基礎(chǔ)。
3月7日,在曲阜市尼山鎮(zhèn)魯源新村,一場別開生面的“婆媳互夸”活動溫情進行。10對好婆媳面對面細(xì)數(shù)生活點滴,一個個鮮明生動的好婆婆、好媳婦形象呈現(xiàn)在大家面前。
“說出平時生活中不好意思說出的心里話,講出真實的感受,婆媳關(guān)系更加融洽了,家庭也更和睦了?!濒斣葱麓鍕D聯(lián)主席孔凡玲表示,希望能通過這種“婆媳互夸”的方式,夸出和諧千萬家,以良好的家風(fēng)營造良好的民風(fēng),以家庭的和諧推動社會的和諧。
儒家文化的滋養(yǎng),為曲阜弘揚中華民族傳統(tǒng)美德、傳承優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化提供了適宜的土壤。傳承著儒家文化的孔子講堂,集教育、服務(wù)群眾為一體的新時代文明實踐站,創(chuàng)新鄉(xiāng)村治理的“和為貴”調(diào)解室,激勵村民向上向善的“善行義舉四德榜”,已成為每個村莊的“標(biāo)配”。
優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承發(fā)展,離不開平臺和載體。山東精心設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)部署,通過曲阜優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化傳承發(fā)展示范區(qū)、齊文化傳承創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)推動優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化傳承發(fā)展,不斷探索傳統(tǒng)文化“兩創(chuàng)”路徑,實現(xiàn)“破圈”發(fā)展。
經(jīng)過近5年考古發(fā)掘,“尋找稷下學(xué)宮”考古項目取得重大突破——淄博市臨淄區(qū)齊都鎮(zhèn)小徐村西的齊故城小城西門外建筑基址群,被專家認(rèn)定為稷下學(xué)宮遺址。穿越2000多年時空,稷下學(xué)宮“大門開啟”。除遺址范圍外,其樣貌特點、歷史職能、文脈流變等話題,也引起了人們的興趣。

中國最早的高等學(xué)府稷下學(xué)宮遺址基本確定,對正在打造齊文化傳承創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)、深度挖掘城市文化價值、實施齊文化傳承創(chuàng)新突破行動的淄博來說,具有無法估量的價值。如今,淄博正充分吸收齊文化“變革、開放、創(chuàng)新、務(wù)實、包容”的精神內(nèi)核和獨特品質(zhì),推動文化高質(zhì)量發(fā)展,齊都文化城、蹴鞠小鎮(zhèn)等一批項目已投入運營,正不斷煥發(fā)出地域文化的生機活力。
讓優(yōu)秀文化世代相傳,距離我們并不遙遠(yuǎn)。青州博物館研究館員王瑞霞舉例說,青州石雕歷史悠久,不少青州人家里就陳設(shè)著石雕生活器具,卻自用而不知;青州花毽是廣受歡迎的健身物,但知道它是國家級非遺的人卻不多?!安粌H開展非遺搶救、普查、整理,還要進行發(fā)展性傳承,融入現(xiàn)代生活,讓其成為生活的一部分。只有這樣,傳統(tǒng)文化才能真正‘活’起來。”
為深入推進“兩創(chuàng)”,讓優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化更加現(xiàn)代化、當(dāng)代化、生活化,2021年,山東省創(chuàng)新推出全新文化創(chuàng)意品牌“山東手造”。在第二屆中國國際文化旅游博覽會上,“山東手造”首次亮相,600平方米的“山東手造”精品展區(qū)集中展示陶琉、柳編、漢服、魯繡等全省最有代表性的手造精品資源,吸引眾多目光。
為持續(xù)擦亮“山東手造”品牌,全面助推傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級,山東還通過傳統(tǒng)手造產(chǎn)業(yè)與新技術(shù)的深度滲透,疊加智能制造、數(shù)字賦能,形成“山東手造”產(chǎn)業(yè)新動能。業(yè)內(nèi)人士認(rèn)為,“山東手造”是滿足廣大人民群眾美好生活需要的重要途徑,促進鄉(xiāng)村振興的重要引擎,壯大文化實力的重要支點,立德樹人教育的重要載體及擴大對外傳播的重要窗口。
虎年春節(jié)、北京冬奧期間,“山東手造”頻繁出圈。先是一盞“淄博造”虎悅春碗搭上央視春晚大IP,刷爆熱搜;緊接著,一款國潮范兒和科技范兒兼具的“冬奧杯”又圈粉無數(shù),讓淄博近萬年的陶瓷文化得到國內(nèi)外廣泛關(guān)注……山東省文化和旅游廳廳長王磊表示,山東鮮明提出打造“山東手造”品牌,就是要把非遺或傳統(tǒng)工藝融入現(xiàn)代人的日常生活,開拓一片嶄新的消費市場。未來,山東省文旅廳將把“山東手造”作為推動“兩創(chuàng)”的重要抓手,推進“山東手造”全面起勢。

As the hometown of Confucius and Mencius and a province of ceremonies, Shandong has profound historical and cultural deposits. In November 2013, General Secretary Xi Jinping inspected Shandong, called for vigorously carrying forward fine traditional culture in Qufu, and put forward the major policy of promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional culture. For nine years, Shandong has further practiced the policy of “Creative Transformation and Innovative Development”, energetically propelled the creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional culture, and achieved solid results.
The TCM culture is a treasure of the traditional Chinese culture. Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Culture took the lead in publishing the, in which China invested RMB 40 million. It is a conservation and utilization project for ancient Chinese medical books with the highest degree of investment since the founding of New China. Besides, Shandong has registered and built the Fine Traditional Chinese Culture Practice Base, the National Ancient Book Protection Center in Qufu, and established the Talent Training Base of the National Ancient Book Protection Center, the Shandong Ancient Book Restoration Center, as well as the “Ancient and Rare Book Database of Shandong Library”, the “Ancient I-Ching Study Book Database of Shandong Library”, etc.
The inheritance and development of fine traditional culture cannot be divorced from platforms or carriers. With meticulous design and systematic arrangements, Shandong has promoted the inheritance and development of fine traditional culture via the Qufu Demonstration Zone for Inheritance and Development of Fine Traditional Culture and the Demonstration Zone for Inheritance and Development of Qi Culture, and continued to explore the paths of “Creative Transformation and Innovative Development” of traditional culture and to achieve development by “Breaking the Circle “.
In 2021, Shandong innovatively launched a new cultural & creative brand — “Shandong Handicrafts”, with an aim of integrating intangible cultural heritage or traditional crafts into the daily life of modern people, and opening up a new consumer market. In the future, Shandong will utilize “Shandong Handicrafts” as an important means of advancing “Creative Transformation and Innovative Development”, and promote the full rise of the brand.
