I have a healthy diet. I have some milk， bread and boiled eggs for breakfast. For lunch， I have some rice， beef and vegetables. After lunch， I often have plenty of fresh fruit. For dinner， I like eating steamed fish， but I dont eat too much. I dont eat junk food such as chips， hamburgers， cola and so on. I think they have a lot of fat and sugar， and they are bad for our health. To keep fit， we should have a healthy diet.
