國(guó)務(wù)委員、公安部部長(zhǎng)王小洪9 月19 日在江蘇省連云港市分別會(huì)見(jiàn)參加全球公共安全合作論壇（連云港）2023 年大會(huì)的圭亞那內(nèi)政部部長(zhǎng)羅伯遜·本、俄羅斯聯(lián)邦副總檢察長(zhǎng)格羅多夫、吉爾吉斯斯坦內(nèi)務(wù)部部長(zhǎng)尼亞茲別科夫、塔吉克斯坦內(nèi)務(wù)部部長(zhǎng)拉希姆佐達(dá)。

會(huì)見(jiàn)羅伯遜·本時(shí)，王小洪高度贊賞圭方恪守一個(gè)中國(guó)原則，堅(jiān)定支持中方核心利益和重大關(guān)切，表示愿與圭方一道，以落實(shí)兩國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人重要共識(shí)為契機(jī)，加強(qiáng)人員交往、“一帶一路”安保、打擊跨國(guó)犯罪、執(zhí)法能力建設(shè)合作，推動(dòng)兩國(guó)關(guān)系不斷邁上新臺(tái)階。

羅伯遜·本表示，愿進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)兩國(guó)執(zhí)法安全合作，推動(dòng)圭中關(guān)系不斷向前發(fā)展。

會(huì)見(jiàn)格羅多夫時(shí)，王小洪表示，在兩國(guó)元首戰(zhàn)略引領(lǐng)下，中俄關(guān)系保持健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。希望進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)兩國(guó)維護(hù)政治安全、反干涉領(lǐng)域合作，深化刑事司法協(xié)助領(lǐng)域合作，不斷豐富新時(shí)代中俄關(guān)系內(nèi)涵。

格羅多夫表示，愿加強(qiáng)兩國(guó)檢察、公安部門交流，開(kāi)展務(wù)實(shí)高效合作。

會(huì)見(jiàn)尼亞茲別科夫時(shí)，王小洪表示，愿同吉方認(rèn)真落實(shí)兩國(guó)元首重要共識(shí)，加強(qiáng)反恐、打擊跨境賭博、執(zhí)法能力建設(shè)合作，推動(dòng)中吉?jiǎng)?wù)實(shí)合作全面發(fā)展。

尼亞茲別科夫表示，愿繼續(xù)密切合作，切實(shí)維護(hù)兩國(guó)安全穩(wěn)定。

會(huì)見(jiàn)拉希姆佐達(dá)時(shí)，王小洪表示，愿與塔方深化反干涉領(lǐng)域合作，加強(qiáng)打擊“三股勢(shì)力”、“一帶一路”項(xiàng)目安保、禁毒、執(zhí)法能力建設(shè)合作，維護(hù)兩國(guó)繁榮穩(wěn)定和人民安寧。

拉希姆佐達(dá)表示，愿以更加開(kāi)放、坦誠(chéng)的姿態(tài)，縱深推進(jìn)交流合作。

同日，王小洪分別授予尼亞茲別科夫、拉希姆佐達(dá)和老撾公安部副部長(zhǎng)坎京、所羅門群島警察部常秘加洛卡勒金質(zhì)、銀質(zhì)“長(zhǎng)城紀(jì)念章”。

NANJING,Sept.19 --Chinese State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong met with guests from Guyana,Russia,Kyrgyzstan,and Tajikistan,who are here to attend the 2023 Conference of Global Public Security Cooperation Forum in Lian Yungang,East China's Jiangsu Province,on Tuesday.

When meeting with Minister of Home Affairs Robeson Benn of Guyana,Wang appreciated the Guyanese side's adherence to the one-China principle and firm support for China's core interests and major concerns and expressed willingness to work with Guyana to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries and push bilateral relations to a new level.

Benn expressed willingness to strengthen law enforcement and security cooperation between the two countries and advance the continuous development of Guyana-China relations.

When meeting with the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation,Petr Gorodov,Wang expressed hope that the two countries will strengthen cooperation in maintaining political security and anti-interference,deepen cooperation in criminal judicial assistance,and continuously enrich China-Russia relations in the new era.

For his part,Gorodov expressed willingness to strengthen exchanges between the procuratorial and public security departments of the two countries and carry out pragmatic and efficient cooperation.

When meeting with Ulan Niiazbekov,Internal Affairs Minister of Kyrgyzstan,Wang said that China is willing to strengthen cooperation on counter-terrorism,combating crossborder gambling and law enforcement capacity building,and push for all-round development of China-Kyrgyzstan practical cooperation.

Niiazbekov expressed willingness to continue close cooperation with China to safeguard the security and stability of the two countries.

When meeting with Tajik Interior Minister Ramazon Rahimzod,Wang said China is ready to deepen cooperation with Tajikistan in anti-interference,strengthen cooperation in combating the ＂three forces＂ of terrorism,separatism and extremism,and Belt and Road projects security,drug control,and law enforcement capacity building to safeguard the prosperity and stability of the two countries and the peace of the people.

Rahimzod said that Tajikistan is willing to deepen exchanges and cooperation with a more open and candid attitude.
