Look at these people. Do their faces look like skulls(頭骨)? Don’t be scared(害怕的). These people are celebrating the Day of the Dead(亡靈節(jié)). It is a famous festival in Mexico(墨西哥). The festival is to celebrate death and ghosts(幽靈). It is usually on November 1 and 2.
On these days, people have a parade(游行). They wear costumes and paint their faces. Most people also build altars(祭壇) at home. There are candles(蠟燭), flowers, skulls and gifts around the altar.
