“清風(fēng)，起立！”隨著崔泉發(fā)出口令，訓(xùn)練開始了。崔泉是東營市公安局開發(fā)區(qū)分局特警大隊(duì)輔警、警犬訓(xùn)導(dǎo)員，“清風(fēng)”是崔泉帶的第16條犬。

1987年出生的崔泉從小喜歡犬。2006年，崔泉進(jìn)入武警特戰(zhàn)部隊(duì)服役，成長為一名軍犬訓(xùn)導(dǎo)員。崔泉帶領(lǐng)軍犬參加過北京奧運(yùn)會安保、武警總部專項(xiàng)比武等重要任務(wù)，他帶出的第一條軍犬“賽克”曾榮立三等功。退伍后，崔泉回到家鄉(xiāng)東營，當(dāng)過寵物店店主、訓(xùn)犬基地老板。2018年，東營市公安系統(tǒng)組建第一支警犬中隊(duì)，崔泉果斷放棄月收入輕松過萬的生意，成為一名警犬訓(xùn)導(dǎo)員。

“‘魚雷’走的時(shí)候，你流淚了嗎？”同事問，崔泉趕忙擺擺手，扭過臉。“魚雷”是崔泉來到隊(duì)里帶的第一條警犬，當(dāng)時(shí)它只有7個(gè)月大。“魚雷”先后參與過二十余次安保和演訓(xùn)任務(wù)，是山東省公安系統(tǒng)“功勛犬”，不久前在一次執(zhí)行任務(wù)過程中不幸犧牲了。

“‘魚雷’快6歲了，警犬的一歲相當(dāng)于人類的10多歲。”崔泉說，一般犬正常可活到十二三歲或更長，而警犬因?yàn)槿粘Ｓ?xùn)練身體消耗大、牙齒磨損快，能活到10歲以上的很少，一般到8歲便可以換食譜，享受“退休”待遇了?！熬鄶?shù)時(shí)間處于一定程度的饑餓狀態(tài)?！贝奕f，為便于訓(xùn)練時(shí)使用食物誘導(dǎo)、保持犬的身材和運(yùn)動能力，警犬的喂飼是嚴(yán)格限量的。

警犬訓(xùn)導(dǎo)員的背后同樣有許多不為人知的艱辛。他們一天的工作從清晨打掃犬舍開始、到傍晚喂食結(jié)束，要陪警犬一起在訓(xùn)練場地上摸爬滾打，加上犬的天性“黏人”，訓(xùn)導(dǎo)員身上會粘上大量犬毛。崔泉訓(xùn)犬時(shí)一天要換四五套衣服，最多一天換過8套。崔泉愛犬懂犬，各種犬的特點(diǎn)習(xí)性如數(shù)家珍，看犬的耳朵動一動，尾巴搖幾搖，他就能迅速判斷犬的情緒和“想法”。即使這樣，仍然難以避免被犬咬傷，他的手臂上有十幾處大大小小的傷疤，最重的一處傷口縫了近二百針?！叭陀?xùn)導(dǎo)員是要一對一的，一般情況下不能換訓(xùn)導(dǎo)員。”崔泉說，重傷他的那條犬就有多次換訓(xùn)導(dǎo)員的經(jīng)歷。

“犬的錯誤，其實(shí)都是主人的錯誤，是主人管理不當(dāng)造成的?！?023年11月6日上午，警犬訓(xùn)練基地舉行警營開放日活動，崔泉為來參觀的學(xué)生普及文明養(yǎng)犬常識，“清風(fēng)”為大家展示的障礙課目讓他十分滿意。目前，東營市公安局警犬訓(xùn)練基地有訓(xùn)導(dǎo)員9名，警犬11只，新老梯隊(duì)完備。有外人進(jìn)入基地，洪亮而有力的犬吠聲會此起彼伏，沖上藍(lán)天。

Farewell， “Torpedo”， Come on， “Breeze”

Cui Quan is an auxiliary police officer and police dog handler at the Special Police Unit of the Economic Development Zone Sub-bureau of the Dongying Public Security Bureau， and “Breeze” is the 16th dog trained b y C u i Q u a n . B o r n i n 1 9 8 7 ， C u i Quan has been a dog lover since his childhood. In 2006， he served in the Special Operations Forces of Armed Police， becoming a military dog handler.

He has led military dogs to perform such important tasks as security of the Beijing Olympics， and special competitions at the Armed Police Headquarters. His first military dog“Zeck” won a third-class merit citation. After being demobilized， Cui Quan returned to his hometown Dongying， where he ran a pet shop and a dog training base successively. In 2018 when Dongying’s public security system organized the first police dog squadron， Cui Quan decisively gave up his business with a monthly income exceeding ten thousand Yuan and became a police dog handler.

There are lots of untold hardships behind police dog handlers. Every day， their work starts with cleaning doghouses in the morning， and ends with feeding in the evening. Besides， they need to go through training with police dogs on the training ground. Since dogs are“clingy” by nature， dog handlers may have lots of dog hair on their clothes. For training dogs， Cui Quan needs to change his clothes four or five times a day. He has even changed clothes eight times one day. He loves and knows dogs and is familiar with the features and habits of all sorts of dogs. On seeing a dog moving its ear or wagging its tail， he could rapidly tell the dog’s mood and “thought”.

On the morning of November 6， 2023， the police dog training base held an open day. Cui Quan popularized the knowledge of civilized dog rearing to students. The obstacle course navigated by “Breeze” greatly satisfied Cui Quan. So far， the Police Dog Training Base of the Dongying Municipal Public Security Bureau has nine dog handlers， and eleven police dogs， with complete old and new echelon arrangements.
