作為華夏文明的重要組成部分，非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)不僅承載著深厚的歷史記憶，更是中華民族智慧與創(chuàng)造力的結(jié)晶。濟(jì)南這座歷史悠久的文化名城，以其獨(dú)特的地理位置和深厚的文化底蘊(yùn)，成為了展示與傳播非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的重要舞臺(tái)。自2010年起，中國(guó)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)博覽會(huì)（簡(jiǎn)稱“非遺博覽會(huì)”）便在這片熱土上綻放光彩，為世人呈現(xiàn)了一場(chǎng)場(chǎng)文化盛宴。

作為山東省的省會(huì)，濟(jì)南不僅是政治經(jīng)濟(jì)中心，更是非遺文化的聚集地。這里不僅有享譽(yù)海外的“泉城”美譽(yù)，更孕育了如魯繡、濟(jì)南皮影戲、章丘鐵鍋制作技藝等一系列國(guó)家級(jí)、省級(jí)非遺項(xiàng)目。濟(jì)南市政府高度重視非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)與傳承工作，通過(guò)設(shè)立專項(xiàng)基金、建立非遺傳承基地、舉辦非遺技藝培訓(xùn)班等多種措施，為非遺傳承人提供了良好的創(chuàng)作環(huán)境和展示平臺(tái)。同時(shí)，積極利用現(xiàn)代科技手段，如數(shù)字化記錄、虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)體驗(yàn)等，讓非遺文化以更加生動(dòng)、直觀的方式走進(jìn)大眾視野，激發(fā)了年輕人對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文化的興趣與熱愛(ài)。

2010年10月，首屆中國(guó)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)博覽會(huì)在濟(jì)南盛大開(kāi)幕，標(biāo)志著這一國(guó)家級(jí)文化盛事的正式啟航。隨后的幾屆，除了第二屆移師山東臺(tái)兒莊外，第三至第七屆均在濟(jì)南成功舉辦，每一屆都圍繞著特定的主題，如“非遺走進(jìn)現(xiàn)代生活”“活態(tài)傳承、活力再現(xiàn)”等，通過(guò)專題板塊的設(shè)置，讓觀眾近距離感受到非遺的魅力，促進(jìn)了非遺文化的創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化與創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展。

今年是中華人民共和國(guó)成立75周年，也是中國(guó)加入聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織《保護(hù)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)公約》20周年，第八屆中國(guó)非遺博覽會(huì)以“保護(hù)傳承 守正創(chuàng)新”為主題，即將在濟(jì)南拉開(kāi)帷幕。本次博覽會(huì)不僅是對(duì)過(guò)去20年中國(guó)非遺保護(hù)成果的集中展示，更是對(duì)未來(lái)非遺傳承與發(fā)展方向的一次深度探討。預(yù)計(jì)將有更多創(chuàng)新性的非遺項(xiàng)目亮相，通過(guò)展覽、論壇、互動(dòng)體驗(yàn)等多種形式，全方位展現(xiàn)非遺項(xiàng)目的獨(dú)特魅力和文化品位，進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)非遺文化的活態(tài)傳承與可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

As an important part of Chinese civilization， the living cultural relics not only carry deep historical memories， but also crystallize the wisdom and creativity of the Chinese nation. Jinan， a cultural city with a long history， has become an important stage for the exhibition and promotion of intangible cultural heritage， owing to its distinctive geographical locale and rich cultural foundation. Since 2010， the China Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo has flourished in this vibrant land， presenting a cultural feast for the world.

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 20th anniversary of China’s accession to the UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. The 8th China Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo， themed “Protection and Inheritance， Upholding Fundamental Principles and Breaking New Ground，” will kick off in Jinan. The expo serves as a comprehensive showcase of the milestones achieved in the preservation of China’s intangible heritage over the past two decades and as a profound deliberation on the trajectory of its future conservation and evolution. Anticipated to feature an array of innovative intangible cultural projects， the event will employ exhibitions， symposiums， and interactive experiences to present the distinctive allure and cultural sophistication of these heritages in a multidimensional manner， thereby fostering the dynamic transmission and sustainable growth of intangible cultural heritage.
