[摘要]目的:測定各級瘢痕和正常皮膚的硬度。為瘢痕演變的診斷、治療效果的評價和治療方法的選擇提供客觀定量的參考指標(biāo)。方法:按Leung臨床瘢痕分級方法將瘢痕分為Ⅰ-Ⅴ級,用A型邵氏硬度計測量每塊瘢痕及臨近皮膚的硬度。結(jié)果:Ⅰ級瘢痕的邵氏硬度略大于正常皮膚,各級瘢痕的邵氏硬度隨瘢痕級別的增加而明顯增大,并在很寬的范圍內(nèi)變化。結(jié)論:采用A型邵氏硬度計能夠較準(zhǔn)確地測定各種瘢痕和正常皮膚的邵氏硬度及其隨時間的微小變化。

[Abstract]Objective:A prelumnary test to determine quantitatively the Shore hardness of scars of different stages with their adjacent normal skin as comparing.It provides an abjective quantitative reference index for the diagnosis of evolution,selection of treatment method and evaluation of the treatment effect of scars.Methods: 45 cases with 200 pieces of burn scars were divided into groups of grade Ⅰ to Ⅴ according to Leung竤 method of clinical grading of scars.Type A Shores durometer was used to test the hardness of each indivadual piece of the scar and its nearly normal skin.Results:The Shores hardness of grade Ⅰ scar is a test larger than that of normal skin.The Shores hardness is increased obviously witheach raising of grading.The value of increasing varies is a disfinietly discriavenable wide range.Conclusion:〖WT5"BZ〗Type A Shore durometer can be used to determine accurately the Shore hardness of various kinds of scars,as well as their minor change with time-passing.

關(guān)于皮膚瘢痕的演變和各種治療方法效果的評價,目前基本上憑主觀判斷。還沒有統(tǒng)一的、客觀的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方法。瘢痕硬度及其變化是反映瘢痕演變和治療效果的一個重要指標(biāo),瘢痕硬度愈接近正常皮膚,說明治療效果愈好。由上述可知,急需要建立關(guān)于瘢痕硬度的客觀測量方法和定量測量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。有介紹自制儀表測量瘢痕硬度的方法[1]
