摘要目的:本文對(duì)新研制的聚β羥基丁酯(PHB)這一生物可降解材料進(jìn)行細(xì)胞相容性研究。方法:采用L929小鼠成纖維細(xì)胞,經(jīng)材料高溫浸提液、常溫浸出液與L929細(xì)胞接觸及直接在PHB膜片上種植該細(xì)胞,運(yùn)用四唑鹽比色法(MTT assay)測(cè)定其1,3,5天L929細(xì)胞的相對(duì)增殖率及其毒性程度。結(jié)果:PHB材料在高溫及常溫下物理、化學(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定。結(jié)論:PHB細(xì)胞相容性好,細(xì)胞毒性程度0級(jí)。
