因《魔法奇緣》而人氣空前高漲的艾米·亞當斯（Amy Adams）接拍這部迪士尼真人版電影的時候顯然有些“高齡”了，因為當時的她已經(jīng)33歲了。不過她將這位跑錯時空、尋找真愛的公主演出了一股傻傻的可愛勁兒，顛覆了人們對公主的固有印象，也讓艾米贏得了“不老公主”的美名。如今，她憑借在《大師》中飾演Mary一角的出色表演而獲得了2013年第85屆奧斯卡金像獎最佳女配角提名，這是她八年來第四次獲得奧斯卡最佳女配角提名。而自成名以來，她頻頻出席重要的影展紅毯與時尚界活動，每一次亮相都令人十分驚艷。當然，時尚界認為她最美的時刻還是與小女兒在出門時被拍到的樣子，隨性的打扮充實了她作為“時尚辣媽”的完美形象。

Interviewer： Amy， Bonjour.

Amy： Bonjour.

Interviewer： Great to see you again.

Amy： Good to see you as well.

Interviewer： OK. I wonder how you do that， because I see you for the big movie， a big studio， a small movie and youve done TV. Youve pretty much done…done it all. I mean do you just have to be busy 24/7 with your acting？

Amy： No， I have lots of other things to keep me busy， but any free time I have is…is typically filled up with work.

Interviewer： How do you pick and choose？ Is it， you know， one for them， one for you， one for the bank account and one for the art？

Amy： Hopefully， theyre all for me and all for them， you know. You， even if youre not…even if its a smaller film， youre hoping that people are gonna go see it and enjoy it. Ive always been a fan of film， and I have enjoyed going to see different films in different genres over the years， I mean， so I think thats kind of...Im reminded of how I feel about film， and thats basically how I make my choices. I like to see family films， and then I like to see action films， but then I also love to go see independent films.

Interviewer： So how did you feel about The Master？ Was it like a “must do” from the first time people talked to you about it？

Amy： Oh， yeah！ Yeah. Absolutely. The only concern I had was trying to fit it in between， like， The Muppets and Man of Steel， so…

Interviewer： I see.

Amy： …so there it is. It went Muppets， Master， Man of Steel—theres a lot of “M”s. But， yeah， I…that was my biggest concern， cause it was I had to do it. I had to make it work.

記者：謝謝。我看到你不僅出演大片，為大電影公司工作，出演小成本電影，而且你還拍電視劇。你的戲都好多，樣樣都行。我想知道你是怎

么做到的，我的意思是，你是不是要把所有的時間都用來演戲？

艾米：不是，我還要忙其他事情。但通常情況下，我的空余時間都在忙工作。

記者：你是如何選擇的？就是說，你知道，一個劇本是因為別人，一個劇本是因為你自己，一個劇本是因為要賺錢，還有一個劇本是因為藝術(shù)？

艾米：我希望可以兩全其美，飾演自己喜歡的角色并且可以賺錢，你知道的。即使你不……即使那只是一部小電影，你也希望人們?nèi)タ?，并且喜歡它。我自己一直很喜歡電影，而且這些年來，我喜歡去看不同類型的電影。我的意思是，我認為這是一種……讓我想起我對電影的感覺，基本上我就是那樣做出我的選擇的。我喜歡去看家庭電影，我喜歡看動作片，但我也喜歡去看獨立（小成本）電影。

記者：那么你覺得《大師》怎么樣？當別人第一次和你談起它的時候你是不是就覺得它是一部“必須拍”的電影？

艾米：噢，是的！是啊，毫無疑問。當時我唯一的顧慮是，如何更好地在《布偶大電影》和《超人：鋼鐵之軀》的檔期之間演好它，所以……記者：我明白了。

艾米：……所以就是那樣了。先是《布偶大電影》，再到《大師》，然后是《超人：鋼鐵之軀》，有好幾個“M”。但是，對，那就是我最大的擔憂，因為我一定要演這個角色，我一定得做好安排。

Interviewer： How do you switch from one ball to the other？ Is it that easy for you？

Amy： To switch from…？

Interviewer： One character to the next.

Amy： No， you know， you have to…you have to really…It can feel crazy-making， cause you really have to…you have to trick your mind， you know. You have to really tell your mind， like， tell yourself， you know.

Interviewer： What if I ask people from your family， would they know when youre doing good drama or comedy…

Amy： Oh yeah.

Interviewer： …because it would be dark outside the house， or very light， or…

Amy： It depends， because comedies are a lot of energy， so youre usually really tired when youre doing comedy， but definitely I…I can tend to bring home the essence of a character or sort of see if it was a…a day on set that was particularly challenging. Ive gotten better since having a daughter…

Interviewer： Umm hmm.

Amy： …as shes not as impressed.

Interviewer： You have to be home when you…when you get home， right？

Amy： Exactly. I have to be “Mom，” so I guess Im playing another role， which is Mom， which is my favorite one.

Interviewer： Were there a point where you had to say yes to pretty much everything， because you want this offer to you？

Amy： No， I felt more like I had to say yes to things because nothing was offered to me， so I just was trying to find jobs. I would say that for the past. Its hard for me to look at something that I really love the director， love the script， and like the other actors， but its just not gonna work in my life， and to have to walk away from that is really， really hard for me， but I have to understand that Im not just building a career， Im building a life， and I cant let the half of my world disappear， so I can just work on the other half.

Interviewer： Dont take that of the bad sign， but when did you know that you were good at what you were doing？ Because you are good at it？

記者：……因為整棟房子外面會因為你所在演的角色而變得暗淡，或是很明亮，或者……

艾米：這得看情況，因為演喜劇需要很多的能量，所以演喜劇的時候經(jīng)常很累。但可以肯定的是，我可以經(jīng)常把角色具有的特點帶回家里，或者可以說……如果是某一天在片場拍的戲，那就特別具有挑戰(zhàn)性。但自從我生了一個女兒之后這種情況就有所好轉(zhuǎn)了……

記者：嗯，嗯。

艾米：……因為她沒有留下深刻的印象。

記者：你回到家的時候必須有在家的樣子，對嗎？

艾米：確實如此。我必須做“媽媽”，所以我猜想我在扮演另一個角色，就是我最喜歡的“媽媽”這個角色。

記者：有沒有那么一個階段，你不得不接受去做很多事情，因為你需要為自己爭取這些通告？

艾米：不是，我感覺更像是我要做一些事，因為我的通告本來就少之又少，所以我只是在努力地找工作。過去的情況確實是那樣的。這樣的情況對我來說真的很少，一看到資料我就真的很喜歡導演，喜歡劇本，喜歡其他演員的情況，但是我真的很少遇見那樣的情況。但我又不得不接受，對我來說真的好難。但我必須明白，我不僅僅是在發(fā)展事業(yè)，我也在生活，并且我不能讓我世界的另一半消失，所以我可以在那樣的情況下工作。

記者：不要把這些困難當成壞跡象，但是你是什么時候知道你擅長現(xiàn)在做的事情？因為你本來就很擅長？

Amy： Im still， you know， I think that if you ever think youre too good， then youre in trouble， so you have to constantly work and find new things to do， keep challenging yourself. When I realized I could just make a living at doing this， that was when I was excited.

Interviewer： OK.

Amy： Im， like， OK， I can do this. You know， Im a perfectionist.

Interviewer： I wonder whats the first movie youre gonna show her. I guess The Muppets， but， you know.

Amy： Maybe The Muppets…maybe…maybe Enchanted. Im not sure. Shes heard songs from Enchanted.

Interviewer： Aah.

Amy： I dont know if itll just confuse her， but shes starting to understand what I do. The other day she said， “I…I wanna go to work.” I said， “Really？ What are you gonna do at work？”， and she said， “Im gonna tell stories and people are gonna clap for me and Im gonna wear high heels.” My daughters a bit like me in that， she really enjoys singing and dancing， but the minute you tell her to perform， she gets really shy， and I was the same way as a kid.

Interviewer： Whats your guilty pleasure？

Amy： My guilty pleasure？

Interviewer： Food， drinks， sport？ Watching…watching city-TV？

Amy： All of the above. Not sports， but drinks and TV？ Yeah. No， I love American Horror Story. Im so obsessed with American Horror Story， and Mexican food， and if I can bring the two of them together and eat tacos while I watch American Horror Story， even better.

艾米：我還是，你知道，我認為，如果你覺得你已經(jīng)很好了，那就麻煩了。所以你得不停地工作，找新的事情去做，不斷地挑戰(zhàn)自己。當我意識到我可以靠演戲來生活，那時我很興奮。

艾米：也許是《布偶大電影》……也許……也許是《魔法奇緣》。我也不確定。她聽過《魔法奇緣》里面的歌曲。

記者：噢。

艾米：我不知道這會不會讓她覺得很迷惑，但她開始明白我所做的事情。前幾天她說，“我要去工作了。”我說，“真的？你要做什么工作？”，然后她說，“我要給別人講故事，然后他們會為我鼓掌，而且我還會穿高跟鞋?！蔽业呐畠涸谀欠矫嬗悬c像我，她真的很喜歡唱歌跳舞，但一旦你讓她表演，她就會很害羞。當我還是個孩子的時候我也是那樣的。

記者：你有什么私房惡趣嗎？

艾米：私房惡趣？

記者：食品，飲料，運動嗎？看……看都市電視？

艾米：全部都是。不運動，但飲料和電視？是啊。不，我喜歡看《美國恐怖故事》。我是如此癡迷于《美國恐怖故事》，還有墨西哥食品。所以如果我能把它們結(jié)合在一起，就是說一邊看《美國恐怖故事》，一邊吃墨西哥煎玉米卷，那就最好不過了。翻譯：黎落
