在深入開展群眾路線教育實踐活動之際，重慶市外僑辦副主任楊大慶率“僑愛工程—送溫暖醫(yī)療隊”赴永川開展義診活動。

9月12日，來自重慶醫(yī)科大學附屬醫(yī)院骨科、耳鼻喉科、眼科、外科、心內科、中醫(yī)科、兒科等科室副教授以上的10名僑界醫(yī)療專家和永川區(qū)人民醫(yī)院相關科室醫(yī)務人員組成的“僑愛工程—送溫暖醫(yī)療隊”，在永川渝西廣場為現(xiàn)場群眾義診，前來就診的群眾絡繹不絕，在中醫(yī)科、眼科、心內科等就診的群眾排起了長隊。在義診現(xiàn)場，醫(yī)療隊的專家們?yōu)榫驮\群眾認真查看病情，提出醫(yī)療指導，接受健康咨詢。義診活動一直持續(xù)到中午12點，有的科室前還聚集了等待就診的群眾；義診活動期間，還開展了僑法宣傳活動。當日下午，醫(yī)療隊一行在永川區(qū)人民醫(yī)院與該院醫(yī)務人員進行了座談交流，接受了相關科室的業(yè)務咨詢，并深入病房會診疑難病癥。

這次活動的開展，深受當?shù)厝罕姷臍g迎。當?shù)厝罕娚钣懈杏|地說：“這種活動，不僅給基層群眾帶來了便利與實惠，也給我們送來了黨和政府的關懷”。當?shù)蒯t(yī)務人員表示，面對面與專家們溝通與交流，不僅讓我們開闊了視野，提高了醫(yī)技，而且讓我們學到了他們特別能吃苦、特別能戰(zhàn)斗的敬業(yè)精神。廣大醫(yī)療專家也真切地感受到老百姓對健康知識的缺乏和對高效醫(yī)療服務的渴望。僑界專家紛紛表示：自己作為一名僑界醫(yī)務工作者能發(fā)揮自己的優(yōu)勢特長，為基層服務，為社會服務，是一件非常光榮的事情，參加這樣的活動很有意義，希望多開展這樣的活動。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，這次活動義診共接診1000余人次，健康體檢100余人次，發(fā)放健康知識手冊和僑法宣傳資料共800多份。

“僑愛工程—送溫暖醫(yī)療隊”是國務院僑辦發(fā)起的“僑愛工程”系列活動之一，也是市外僑辦發(fā)揮僑力、服務群眾、擴大僑務影響的具體舉措。近年來，市外僑已成功組織了7支醫(yī)療隊赴三峽庫區(qū)和武陵山區(qū)開展義診活動。

On the occasion of mass line education activities are carried out, "Overseas Chinese Love Project-Warm Medical Team", led by Yang Daqing, the Deputy Director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office went to Yongchuan for clinic activity.

September 12, 10 overseas Chinese territories medical experts and related department medical staff from ear nose throat , eye, surgical, heart medical, TCM department of Chongqing Medical University Subsidiary Hospital Orthopedic and medical staff from Yongchuan People’s Hospital consists of of "Overseas Chinese Love Project-Warm Medical Team" went to Yu Xi square to give volunteer medical consultation, the crowds lined up a long line. Experts from the medical team reviewed the condition of people,provided medical direction, and offered health advice. Free clinic continued until 12 o'clock in the noon; during the free clinic, the overseas Chinese law publicity activities were also carried out. That afternoon, the medical team discussed and exchanged with the medical staff at Yongchuan People's Hospital, and had accepted business consulting of related departments and deep consultation in difficult cases.

This activity was welcomed by the local people. They were impressed: "It not only brought convenience to people,but also can us feel the cares of the Party and the Government.”Local medical staff said that face-to-face communication and exchanges with experts not only broadened horizons and improved medical technology, also they learnt their professional dedication.

Our medical specialists had a true sense of lack of health knowledge among the common people and their desire for effective medical services, overseas Chinese experts were proud of themselves as one of the overseas Chinese medical workers who serve for people and the society and hoped to participate more activities like this. According to statistics,this admission accepted more than 1000 people, more than 100 people for health examination, 800 overseas Chinese law propaganda materials were given to people.

"Overseas Chinese Love Project-Warm Medical Team"was launched by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, which is one of a series of "Chinese Love Project" events, it is also the specific initiatives that Chongqing Foreign and overseas Chinese Affairs Office serving the people to expand the influence. In recent years,they has successfully organized 7 medical teams free clinic for Three Gorges dam area and Wuling mountain area.
