作為綜合高級商用及住宅建筑，理查森附設(shè)酒店式公寓、商務(wù)中心、日間水療中心、頂尖餐館，包括高貴優(yōu)雅的Opus餐廳。TFP Farrells的設(shè)計為前來珀斯的高級商務(wù)旅行者創(chuàng)建了一處設(shè)備豪華的公寓與設(shè)施完善的地標，確保他們能夠盡享舒適而難忘的五星級體驗。

這棟獨一無二的精品酒店采用全面的設(shè)計方法，堂皇耀目之余，又見傳統(tǒng)務(wù)實。理查森酒店及水療中心專為現(xiàn)代旅客而設(shè)，分設(shè)8層，提供74間客房和套房，附設(shè)私人陽臺，飽覽珀斯市及國王公園及其周邊地區(qū)的景色。同時，設(shè)計也融入環(huán)保方案，力求將自然熱負荷和眩光減至最少。項目經(jīng)過精心布局，避免北立面及西立面與夕陽形成直角，而所有的客廳與臥室也見微斜，朝向東北或西南面，加上垂直百葉窗和雙層玻璃窗等搭配，進一步降低太陽熱量。同時，設(shè)計又盡量擴大開放空間及與鄰近建筑物之間的“喘息”空間，并引入自然光，使走廊景觀更開闊，同時避免遮擋鄰近建筑物。

A high-end, mixed-use hotel and residential complex The Richardson includes service apartments,business centre, sumptuous day spa, and f ne cuisine at the elegant Opus restaurant. The design creates a landmark destination for executive business travellers to Perth with luxurious apartments and every amenity to ensure a comfortable and memorable Five Star experience.

This unique boutique hotel was designed with a holistic approach—grand and outstanding, yet conservative and pragmatic. Designed with the modern traveller in mind, The Richardson hosts 74 guestrooms and suites over eight f oors, with private balconies and panoramic views of Perth City,Kings Park and surrounding areas. The design incorporated environmental solutions to minimise natural heat load and glare. The development is orientated so that the north and west fa?ades are not perpendicular to the setting western sun. All living rooms and bedrooms are angled so that the views are facing north-east or south-west. Additional architectural treatment through vertical louvers and double glazing was implemented to further reduce solar impact. The design maximises open space and ‘breathing’ space between adjacent buildings, allowing a f ow of natural light into the development,increasing view corridors and minimising intrusion to neighbouring buildings.
