當(dāng)“跳槽”、“裸辭”之風(fēng)勢(shì)不可擋時(shí)，“閃辭”又在時(shí)下的年輕求職者中盛行。所謂的“閃辭”，是指還沒找好下一份工作就辭職的現(xiàn)象。如今，不少職場(chǎng)新人都流行“閃辭”，剛?cè)肼殠字苌踔翈滋?，如感覺工作不順利就立馬辭職走人。然而，“閃辭”背后的真正原因通常為：無法適應(yīng)職場(chǎng)工作環(huán)境、工作得不開心、無法實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值等。親們，你們也曾“閃辭”過嗎？

Adelbert： Hey， Shaniqua， have you seen the new kid this morning？

Shaniqua： Of course not， Adelbert.
